I placed an order through the Dominos App about 9PM. 10:04PM George pulling up. I used to work for this store many years ago and always tip when I catch the driver and they have the sheet for me to sign. I order from this store quite often actually. Tonight being extremely exhausted from work, I had passed out while waiting for the delivery. I called at 10:16PM. All I wanted to know was what happened to my order as it was not at my door. I was polite and respectful and just confused. The driver apparently answered the phone and was extremely rude and condescending telling me that I was wrong and the food was there because he delivered it. He passed me to Abbey and I was again told that I was wrong many times and that the driver was right, that I could pay AGAIN to have my food re-delivered. I had to walk to 3 other four-plex units around me in the cul-de-sac before FINALLY finding my order at another building. Had to even ask for an apology. Domino’s has lost a customer on this one.

On November 2nd, I arrived to find that your store had closed early, completely disregarding the posted hours. This was incredibly frustrating and threw off my entire evening. To make matters worse, the response I received when trying to get an explanation was nothing short of rude and dismissive. It’s unacceptable to treat customers this way.
I expect a significant improvement in your service, or I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Food is always great and service is wonderful. Anytime there is an issue Anthony is quick to fix it and make it right. Best service from any pizza place I have been to!

Food has been mediocre at best, a convenient solution for easy dinner. The last two orders of wings were almost all drums. I figured a call too ask why there wasn’t any flats in the order would be easy enough solution. Five calls later they answered, then blame the supplier. My question is when did chickens start producing less wingette’s? Weak.
