I gave this place a five-star review because the food is amazing and it’s really hard to find amazing Mexican food in Oregon. Let’s be real about it, but up here in Redmond the food is really good. Orale tacos tastes just like the food back home in Stockton everything I’ve had from the menu so far has been great. Zero complaints. You folks will not be disappointed coming here to eat

delicious!!! I got an Oregon chicken burrito and the way the cheese is melted inside is SO gooooood!!!! Highly recommend – plus, other food carts on each side of it, which creates more options for a group. Would return!!

Yum yum yum! Ordered the Quesabirria to go. Staff were friendly and efficient. The truck is located as part of the pod just outside of Otto’s landing. Plenty of outdoor seating near the pod. The food was fresh and hot. Definitely will be back!

Quesabirria is not something you can find in Redmond so we’re thrilled to have some from this truck. Perfectly executed Also glad to have this available in Redmond! Absolutely amazing tacos & burritos, I’m partial to the California burrito with carnitas (pictured). The owner is so sweet & cooks her food with the utmost care & love.

Didn’t believe their review average of 4.9 but omg….hands down the best carnitas taco I’ve ever had. Absolutely spectacular. No frills. No silliness. Fantastic pork. Right mix of onions and cilantro. Stellar. Find this truck of you are near Redmond.

Wow, honestly wow. Some of the best Mexican food I’ve ever had and I’ve been to Mexico several times. I would highly recommend this place, and I’m definitely coming back again. I would also suggest pairing it with a House margarita from inside, it was perfection.

Just went here for the first time & I was not disappointed. I rarely leave reviews, but this place deserves all of the recognition. I’ve visited this food truck twice now and both times were awesome! I like to try new things, so on my 1st visit I ordered the Quesabirria, which I’d never had – DELICIOUS. I gave my husband a bite… and that’s what he ordered today. Today I tried the fish tacos – AMAZING! The fish was crispy, the slaw and creme sauce spread over it were excellent compliments to the perfectly cooked fish. In addition, both of their red and green sauces are excellent. I look forward to my 3rd visit and trying another item.
