On 09/06/2025 i went to this location while sitting in the drive-thru I watched an employee cough in his hands, wipe his hands on his shirt/apron and CONTINUE TO MAKE PIZZAS WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS. After leaving this location I go to bite into my pizza and there is a very long hair stuck in between the cheese and crust. I then called the store and informed the general manager of what happened and that I wanted a refund he informed this is AN ONGOING ISSUE WITH THE EMPLOYEE. I informed him not only am I serv safe certified I have managed in other restaurants and I notice there were no gloves on any of the employees hands . He then proceeded to say no one has to wear gloves while working here. Never coming back to this restaurant maybe the health department will catch them next time

Papa Johns used to Rock but has lost its luster. Mayb 1 out of every 5 is a good pizza. Service was fast and friendly so its not their fault. Perhaps…….

Worst pizza experience ever. Food was supposed to be at my door within 46 minutes it took over an hour and 45 minutes. The pizza was cold when it finally arrived. I would not recommend this establishment.

I ordered food today and picked it up at the drive through. I have done this several times a month with no problem. I always tip at the drive through. Last time I was there I paid for a barbecue sauce that I did not receive. I told the girl at the drive through and she mumbled some kind of reply. She handed me my food. I gave her a 3 dollar tip thinking she had corrected the mistake. I checked and saw I didn’t have bbq sauce still. I asked about it and she said I don’t know anything about it. Do you have a receipt? I can ring you up for one. Wow, losing a customer over a little thing of bbq sauce. I should have told her to take 2 of the bbq sauces out of the tip I gave you. I won’t be back. I guess Papa John’s doesn’t care about their customers, well I no longer care about Papa Johns.

An hour waiting in line only for them to say they lost our order. Even with screen shots of the order and totals. They refused. Said we could reorder with a two hour wait….Never again. You lost our business.

I was visiting some family and we wanted pizza. Papa John’s had some good deals and was open late so worked out great. We ordered breadsticks and some extra sauces. We actually got everything and food was great. Seems like most places forget something these days but they didn’t.

Normally isn’t too bad of a place. But last order the pizza got here ice cold. And the delivery dude was creepy with my girlfriend. Now literally order a pizza on Wednesday when it’s not suppose to be busy. Around two thirty. Apparently it’s gonna take two hours to make and get here. Literally it says in the confirming e-mail estimated deliver time is 4:38 to 4:48. How the f does it take two hours to make and deliver a pizza?
