Jimmy John’s is delicious.
However I made the mistake of online ordering the wrong thing. My bad. I thought I ordered a club lulu and walked out with a tuna sandwich. The gentleman working the register did not tell me in the kindest way either. I arrive home and open my sandwich to remove the cucumbers and I I was shocked at how little tuna I received. I’m super disappointed because I always have a fantastic experience but today with the rudeness and lack of tuna in my sandwich I will not be returning to this location. Only reason I had to order online is because someone keeps answering and hanging the phone up when I called. I called 5x

Honestly, it is basically the standard of what to expect from a JJ’s location. Basic sandwiches done fast.
Though, I cannot help but notice a lot of things they usually put on the subs are now extremely light nowadays. Like, instead of putting mayo on it, they basically whispered the word and then gave it to me.
At least this store was decently clean, so there is that.

Ordered at 2, consumed at 2:30 and was projectile vomiting by 7:30. Do not eat at this restaurant. I even called St. Anthony’s & let them know.

Jimmy John’s food is always consistent, it’s just a hit or miss on your experience at a location. This location is smaller, compared to the one I worked for years ago. The team working didn’t seem enthusiastic, which is a shame for a newer location. The one thing I noted was all their toppings here are freebies.

Been here several times. It’s usually the standard JJ’s experience. Today the cashier seemed new. She didn’t ring in the sandwich’s correctly and seemed eager to help make the two sandwiches we ordered (we were the only ones in the store) with the sandwich maker. That’s fine but all the tables were very dirty and there were boxes laying around, even in the dining area, so she could have been doing other things. Not to mention that as she went to hand over my sandwich, she took it back and said ‘wait hold on’ obviously because she messed up the sandwich. It ended up taking twice as long to get the sandwiches because of it and when i got home, i opened the sandwich to see the wrong ingredients i asked for, as well as The sandwich being so sloppily made that i couldn’t even eat it without everything falling apart. I understand that workers probably don’t make enough to care, but being a former jimmy johns employee myself, i have no idea how someone could mess up such a simple task as making an edible sandwich, and to have the store in such disarray. Will definitely not be going to this location any time soon, which sucks because this one is very close to where i live.

I order from here often and today I was very upset with the service. I have been ordering from here for almost a year on a weekly basis sometimes twice a week depends on how often I’m at my clients house who I can’t leave alone. I leave my phone number to call so I can see which door your coming to. Today I’m disappointed cause no one called. I was feeling generous and tip 10.00 online cause you guys have been doing a wonderful job and your customer service is wonderful. Wonder how long my food was sitting up stairs and had to check both doors. I wanted to edit the tip but sadly I couldn’t cause who ever was the driver didn’t deserve a 10 tip

I ordered a #6 the only vegetarian option and it was delivered with turkey in it. I didn’t realize till after I took a bite and obviously was upset. While the resturant did rectify the issue by making and sending out another one. It doesn’t change the fact that this is a serious issue. A lot of people don’t realize that depending on how long you have been a vegetarian your body after a while doesn’t know how to breakdown meat proteins anymore causing serious stomach pains, diarrhea and in some cases vomiting. So yayyyy now my stomachs going to be messed up the rest of the day!

Freaky Slow delivery. 56 minutes for Uber Eats (Can’t afford an employee??) to get my food and drive it 4 minutes away. Soggy cold “toasted” sandwich was a waste of money.

Full disclosure. I have never been a fan of this chain. Their sandwiches are unusually bland and lack imagination. This visit was no different. Today I was hungry and there was no line so I went in. The person taking my order was focused on everything but taking my order. I wasn’t asked what I wanted on the sandwich or anything. So I assumed that the sandwich makers would take care of that. When I asked about it the guy behind the counter was very rude and seemed annoyed that I was asking. He snapped at me when I inquired. At this point I wasn’t trying to catch a charge so I told him what I wanted and then added that I wanted black pepper. He continued to snap that there were packets at the end of the counter for that. While JJ is not known for their customer service this was a bit much and it took all that was in me not to invite that clown to step outside and say it again. I will never eat at this place again.
