Went in a couple minutes before 2pm. They had a nice set up for buffet. Only one couple I side. I said ” Oh good! ! Buffet! ” Girl at cash register said” Buffet is closed! ” I said ” When did it close?'” She said “2pm” I asked ” Well, what time is it now?” It just turned 2pm. I asked ” Can’t you make an exception? You still have a lot of food on table.” She shook her head No. I was mad so I went to call manager. SHE was the manager. Rude!! Immature kids who don’t know how to run a business. This was around late June 2018.

Lousy company. Never open. You’ll starve to death if you wait on them. Go absolutely anywhere else. Good luck finding the buffet open too. I tried to order for pick up 3 times. Closed every single time. I tried to visit the buffet twice. They were closed then too. I’m not sure how they stay in business.

I love Snappy’s here in Doniphan. I’ve eaten at Snappy’s elsewhere, and it does not compare to the one here. It’s the second best pizza I have ever had (the first being at Mario’s in Daytona Beach.) The salad bar is fresh and does not taste liked bagged salad, which I abhor!!

Decent customer service, high prices, place is run down and needs updated, food quality is fair. The sandwiches are better than the pizza.

Rude staff! They only have a few customers and me and my son just came in and the girl behind the counter acted like it was an inconvenience to wait on us and to take our order. Haven’t had the food yet but I’m already not ever returning.

Is this place EVER open? They close early and open late. They are there from about 3 PM to 7 PM every third day. Its really not worth the bother to try to catch them when they are around. Go somewhere else.
