Can you say Dragon fruit sorbet? Sadly I’m addicted to the stuff. I can’t get it at the other locations I’ve visited…but that’s okay. I like my neighborhood Brewsters!

I recently visited Bruster’s on Redan Road to treat my kids for their good grades, and overall, it was a positive experience. The location itself might not be the most visually appealing due to the surrounding area, but I was pleased to see the perimeter of the store was clean and well-maintained.
When we walked in, the staff member who took our order (I unfortunately didn’t catch his name) was friendly and patient. He made sure to ask if we wanted our ice cream to-go or to eat there, and he even added sprinkles to the bag without me needing to ask—little touches like that go a long way! Despite the line, the staff were working hard and stayed focused on keeping things moving efficiently, without sacrificing courtesy. I noticed a few customers getting a bit frustrated with the wait, but the team kept their cool and remained polite throughout.
As a loyal customer who’s been coming to Bruster’s since my teenage years, I can confidently say this is a place I’ll continue to visit. Great customer service, tasty ice cream, and a spot I feel comfortable returning to every time.

I was literally struggling with my card payment (visa gift card). The worker was so patient with me. I am glad I was the only one in line because I was embarrassed .
So today, I stopped to treat myself to ice cream and to my surprise the owner is someone special that I know. Our daughters did gymnastics together YEARS ago. It was amazing to see her again and catch up! The fresh ice cream is also a plus!

This is by far the slowwwwwwwwest location on the planet. Their customer service is seriously lacking, they don’t know their menu and today 10/14/25 the girl with the Tye dye shirt at 6:51 behaves as though her mind is either elsewhere or on something. Don’t order online here either, people will still walk up order and get it faster than you. They don’t acknowledge you and make you feel like you aren’t them with questions. Get it together Brusters!

Very clean and good . But customers service sucks and you are always slow when serving. Also when you change a product in anything please put something up to notify the customer. In the freezer drink you changed from sprite to some other seltzer type drink and it made the drink nasty and I brought it back because I knew something was wrong( update today 7/28/25 )it was multiple weave looking hair coming out of my ice cream I asked for a refund. These last to visit have not been good at all… This location will go down if they get back right
