The food was good overall. I ordered the BBQ beef and musubi, and both were flavorful and satisfying. The BBQ beef was tender with a nice balance of sweetness and smokiness, and the musubi was fresh and well put together. Portions were solid and everything came out hot. Definitely a good spot if you’re craving Hawaiian food. I’d come back to try more items.

Super cute little place. Clean, cute soft music. Food was DELICIOUS. When they say the fire chicken is spicy they mean it. The Hawaiian beef bbq is TO DIE FOR. Really good. First time ever eating here and if I am in the area, I will be back!

Great atmosphere. Location is fab because there are other eateries nearby as well. Prices are palatable and the value is appropriate. The wings are superb! Like, this will be my suggestion for people looking for wings in the RVA metro now. I got them for my husband and he was so happy. Loved the beautifully crisp fry and the delectable Honey Lemon Pepper. He named the sauce after eating, which says it all. I got spam fried rice. It was SO delicious, and of course, I did not opt out of the . Check them out!

This was our first time trying this restaurant. Hubby has changed jobs and needed to find new spots for Friday dinner. Hubby got off early so he had me put the order in online and picked up. This would have been closer to lunch time. The food was absolutely delicious and was all ready and hot when he got there for pick up. The got the hawaii BBQ plate and I got the seafood one. Absolutely delicious. Even the next day was still delicious as left overs. Very large portions. I absolutely loved the Mac salad. Will def be going again and putting it on our regular rotation

Kinda what you’d expect from a Hawaiian place in a strip mall. Had more “food court” vibes then restaurant vibes. Even down to the plastic trays. Not food court prices though. Pretty pricy.$36.26 for an app, meat platter and drink. Thos is also one of those places that asks for tips for doing what exactly? Im not sure. The serving sizes were pretty good. Came in famished and had some to take home. May go back to try a couple other things but not in any hurry.

Fresh ingredients, quick service and always delicious!! My fiance has tried almost everything on the menu and he has enjoyed it all. My favorite is Hawaiian fire chicken, so spicy and flavorful! We also really enjoy the mac salad, beef dumplings and of course, spam musubi. I’m so glad to have this gem close by as it very quickly became one of our regular take out spots.

The food was good, I would definitely eat it again. My husband got a burger, and he said it was ok. The young lady should have told us the burger came with frys or that he couldn’t exchange it for sweet potato frys. So we had a lot of frys. The pulled pork was very good and flavorful. They also do military discounts.

I lived in Hawaii for over a decade and there were plate lunch shops everywhere…from Zippy’s, L&L, to the smaller Mom and Pop places.

Got a mix plate and it hits right! Kalbi was great, Mac salad made with Dukes, short grain rice with furikake… about as authentic as you can get!

Will be my go to spot whenever I’m in this part of town.

All Kiosk driven, which I am not a huge fan of. I understand the concept, but I think it gives more of a cold experience. There were also a bunch of things we were not familiar with, and it took a little bit to get some answers. Not that anyone was unfriendly, just the opposite, but there was only 1 person working up front, and she was extremely busy putting orders together. Once your food is ready, they call your name out. Food wise, the food was hit or miss. Really liked the Orange chicken. The Hawaiian BBQ was alright. We thought the rice had a funny taste, and neither my wife, daughter, or myself cared much for it. My wife really liked their macaroni salad. I tried one of their Musubi. I found it just a tad too big. It was like eating a rice brick. The fried dumplins were good. We tried a few apps with our meal, but it was almost $80. The food portions are massive, though, 1 order could be enough for two. I’d might go back to try something else.

A little on the higher side but food and service was exceptional. Restaurant was clean, spacious, and inviting. The fries were the right kind of crispy in the kids meal, the teriyaki chicken was moist and well cooked, and the fried rice had a clean and delicious taste. Not to mention the Hawaiian drink with the jelly was super tasty as well (wish it had refills lol).
