Perfect Salvadorian breakfast! I had huevos con ejotes, scrambled eggs with green beans! Served with tortillas, although i would have preferred bread. Mouth watering smell, great taste and coffee. For my first time, i had high expectations since i cook salvadorian food myself and it did not disappoint !

Well first impressions are best. This restaurant really deserves a mention. It’s a gem all in its own. The staff is friendly and helpful. I ordered a beef sandwich. Came in minutes. No issues. The drink was very pleasant. But hears what got me. The food taste is DELICIOUS. It’s greacy messy and you can’t have enough. The proportions are bigger than grandmas, and it’s so satisfying. Even the hot sauce tricks your mouth. But not like Thailand kinda gurl(it’s a boy). This good is authentic and rich in flavor. Yea the name throws you off a bit but let me tell you , this is the biggest neck jerker of the year. It’s so good you look like a chicken eating off a plate. Bobbing your head for more. Will definitely go back and if your looking for something special, this is it.

This place is an absolute gem! We should have taken pictures, but the food was so good, we scarfed everything down before we got the chance. We ordered the De Frijol y Queso Pupusa (can’t go to a Pupuseria without ordering a pupusa, right?), Platano con Crema, and Pescada y Camarones. Everything was perfectly seasoned and cooked – we could not have asked for a better meal. Our waitress was incredibly kind, too. Pupuseria Masahuat has now made it into our regular rotation and we can’t wait to go back!

My first (and last) experience at this restaurant was not good. Restaurant only had 1 other customer. Ordered to go. Food was not edible. Got sick from the little I did eat. Service was not good. Hope that others will have a better experience than the one I had.
