After taking the braums milk challenge ill never go back or unfortunately be able to move away from the mid-south. #1 Take your current gallon of milk and pour it out. #2 buy 1 gallon of braums milk. #3 drink gallon of braums milk. #4 buy 1 gallon of former milk and pour 1 glass. #5 throw up a lil bit and pour the rest of the gallon of non-braums milk out. #6 buy braums milk for the rest of your life.

Everyone was very nice except for the woman that took our order, she was very rude. It was only 9:15pm and this location doesn’t close until 10:45pm and she was rushing to make our ice cream and when SHE messed up our order and was corrected she huffed and very rudely remade it.

We recently visited Blanchard and while we hadn’t planned on grabbing ice cream, we decided to stop into Braums just to use the restroom. Little did we know that a simple stop would turn into such a memorable moment. Not because of the ice cream, but because of the amazing service we received.
An employee, possibly named Darryl (or perhaps Darrell), greeted us with warmth and genuine friendliness. Even though we weren’t customers that day, he approached us with a welcoming smile and went above and beyond. We mentioned we were tourists hoping to catch a glimpse of bison nearby, and Darryl gladly offered detailed directions and local tips to help us find them. His kindness and enthusiasm made us feel truly welcome and taken care of.
This level of customer care is rare and heartwarming. Darryl’s friendly, helpful attitude turned a quick restroom stop into a standout experience. He embodies the best of hospitality and I’m glad there are people like him around.
Thank you Darryl for making our day a little brighter. Next time we will come back for the ice cream, we’ll be coming through his friendly service again.

Been to a lot of Braum’s.
This one was very fast once we ordered but there is no sign saying where to stand to order food and no one was at the counter to help.

Enjoyed our family trip for icecream, for the most part. I asked for a water cup, got one no problem, asked for one for my son and the lady went to grab one and some dude dropped a cup then kicked it, she picked it up and went to wash it off. My wife saw this and was like no. She spoke Sean, the manager, to let him know. He was quick to help.

Since I see so many negative reviews on this braums, id like to give a positive review.
I was recently diagnosed with CELIAC disease. I visit this restaurant everyday and order the same thing (bag of burgers, meat only no seasoning). They have been nothing but an amazing crew at making sure that there is no cross contamination with gluten what so ever. The gentlemen who is the lead manager has been awesome at understanding how to handle the meat properly and seems to enjoy helping to the best of his ability. I sincerely appreciate the crews hard work as it is difficult to find a restaurant willing to go outside of their comfort zone and tend to one customer. You guys are awesome! Keep up the excellent customer service!!!

OK, so I just left there. I went inside to go get me some kind of ice cream and I asked an employee if they could make this ice cream into a shake. She didn’t really know the answer but I will say the young lady that replied was crazy. good she came out with. Oh yeah, I can make anything a shake Then that’s how you make it right there. That’s the business.
