We ordered a Thai tea, noodle soup number 6 (Sukiyaki) and Pad Thai. Sukiyaki was basically a pho with Glass noodle, beef, cracked egg, shrimp, and squid. Had some green onion, cilantro, spinach, and cabbage in it. Had a slight curry-ish taste to it. Really filling, and a solid choice. The regular size which is enough for 2 people, is $13.95.

Thai tea – seems like they just some instant pack. Not that good, extremely sweet. Next time, will try a different fruit tea from the menu

The pad Thai was $12.95 (+$1 for chicken). Really flavorful and a 10/10! I usually don’t order pad Thai bc I’m not a fav of the sweet taste in my curry however, this was was just perfect!

Def will come back to try the other curries and noddles .

This place taste like family and home. Growing up eating home cooked Thai food from all the oldies in my family and spending time in Thailand this is the closest ive come to real Thai/Lao food in DFW. The food came out so fast and smelling so good i couldnt even take a photo before DEVOURING everything. The portions are massive and the prices are criminally cheap. If you don’t eat here YOU ARE doing something wrong.

I had to come back for a second round—just to make sure my taste buds weren’t pulling a fast one on me. Pho Vieng’s fried chicken wings are next-level amazing. We ordered three servings and wiped them out so fast there wasn’t even time for a photo! And don’t get me started on the papaya salad—it’s pure perfection. This spot has officially made it into my top 3 go-to places for Lao food. The service? Impeccable—friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The vibe is what you’d expect from a classic Asian eatery, but the flavors here are anything but typical. Already counting down the days until my next visit! Oh…it’s BYOB also!

Despite the name, this isn’t really a pho restaurant. I think they do serve pho, but it’s mainly Thai and Lao. We’ve eaten here 10-12 times and it’s always delicious. Their panang curry is one of my favorite things anywhere. Their other curries and the pad grapow are very good, too. My wife usually gets pad see ew and always enjoys it.

Tried the Lao style papaya salad and the green curry. Both were delicious. Was glad to see they accommodate a vegan diet also. As my wife was able to enjoy some green curry as well. Will definitely return again soon.

Update: We’ve have been back several times for take-out and delivery. Overall we have been pretty pleased with the food and service. Just tried Kow Piak with chicken and blood cube for the first time, very good! Some of the chicken had little pieces of what might have been bone or ligament in it and some pieces were a tad dry, otherwise the soup was delicious. Would order again.

Have been ordering curries and soups in bulk and putting it in the fridge for lunch and dinner all week. Saves a lot of time and hassle.

The Thai milk tea is delicious. A bit pricey at close to $6 when ordering from doordash, but picked up a buy one get one deal and was happy I did.

I came here for pho, since it’s in the name, and was surprised to find out it’s a Thai restaurant. I was a little disappointed but decided to give it a try anyway. I’m glad I did! The pho was surprisingly flavorful, and they give you massive portions. I like that the chicken is cut small, unlike a lot of other pho places. It was delicious. I am docking a point, though, because the noodles were very overcooked, which is a huge pet peeve of mine, and because the waitress never came back to check on me. Not even to refill my water. The restaurant wasn’t even busy. It was also a little expensive. Almost $17 for a large bowl. I could get that and springrolls somewhere else. But, I’d still come back if I was in the area.

Small store front but big interior space. Not the most comfortable and classy place, just a good place for good, authentic, cheap thai with lao/issan influence food. Love the papaya salads, they have three kinds. any kind is good kind. chicken wings are done the way i do the, authentic the way thai -lao does their wings.

Love this place, visiting from Austin which lacks Lao food in general. This place was so good the Lad Na was my favorite, so much flavor in it. Everything else was delicious too. I’ll have to go back forsure!

My daughter and I had a girls night out and went to this place to try for the first time.

It was really quite & nobody there when we first arrived and was not certain about it, but then it really hopped with lots of people and to go orders on a Friday night.

The pho was excellent. Customer Service is great and one of the employees gave us lots of information about the different type of pho they serve which was really good. The appetizers were great too. We had the chicken potstickers and what I liked best was you could customize your pho with chicken broth & what other meats you wanted
