I ordered a couple of pies and received a notification that my order was ready, so I went into the store to pick it up. Upon entering, I was rudely ignored while the person at the register frantically tried to fill other to‑go orders. After about five minutes, I was finally acknowledged.When I gave my name, I was told, “The food isn’t ready. Y’all ordered it well done.” When I pointed out that they shouldn’t send a “ready” alert if the order isn’t actually ready, the staff member simply ignored me and offered no apology or updated time estimate. My order was finally completed about 10 minutes later—time I could have waited comfortably in my car if anyone had communicated honestly.The food itself was nothing special and definitely not worth the poor customer service I experienced on Monday, February 23, at approximately 11 a.m. Because of this, my family will not be returning. Good luck with your order.

I ordered pizza and Oreo bites on Christmas eve at 7:51pm, turns out they were closing at 8pm and I didn’t even show up until 8:24pm. They even tried calling and texting and I didn’t see the call or message (DND was on) I had looked up to see what time they closed, due to the holiday, and it said 12am. But yes employees stayed and waited and I am so grateful and sorry that I was that person! Pizza was great and I hope this review makes up for things at least a little. I pray God sends some extra blessings your way. Thanks again!

i’m at this papa john’s pretty often but never again. the younger girl who works there, specifically at the counter today, not only had an extremely unwelcoming and rude attitude, but ignored the two instructions i politely asked for on my pizza due to dietary restrictions. very dissatisfied with my food and the service. 0/10.

I absolutely hate leaving reviews, but I order from here all the time. They messed up when they outsourced their Togo ordering, but the store owner simply told me to press 5 and it would connect me to the store. Whatever female manager they had on duty on the date of 01-20-26 was the most absolute laziest most rude individual ever. I call and she redirects me to order through their outsourced service instead of just taking the time to take my order and you know just keep a customer instead she argued with me refused to provide me her name which is fine and dandy but they have lost a customer due to that and hopefully the owner will do something about this if not it’s going to be his loss w customers w this rude individual there. I hate hate hate hate to leave a review like this, but I’m trying to give you money you would think they would want to take it. I guess not lmao…

I never write reviews but this is the first time i’ve received bad food from Papa John’s. I ordered two pizzas after work. I took a bite of one and got a bad taste like something was old or spoiled. Then I smelled a bad smell coming from the pepperoni’s. I was still in the parking lot so I took it back in. The manager was called to the front and asked me what the issue was. I told her that the pepperoni’s were bad and had a bad smell coming from them. She was not very nice and the only thing she could say was that I was the first person to complain all day. That is unacceptable. If I customer tells you something is bad you should first apologize and then look into the issues to prevent other customers from getting sick. I’m now starting to get sick myself from eating it.

They gave my mom the total. $19 because of her coupon. She gives the card info and pays. I come get it and they charged $27. They said “She paid by phone. The coupon is online only” despite the guy telling her the total with the coupon as she paid by phone.
They just gave us a “oops, sorry he should’ve corrected that on the phone” in person. No price match, no refund. Not even a courtesy coupon on a future purchase.

It seems impossible to change the payment method when you try to call their local store. I called to change payment method , the lady hung up . I tried to call back to make sure it was cancelled to replace order. I called back 5 times with no answer waiting 20 min on the phone to get through to someone. It’s very annoying process they have.

BEWARE: DO NOT EAT HERE! This place is extremely unsanitary and flat-out disgusting and disturbing. There were men not in uniform with dirty t-shirts on and their very large guts hanging out that they were scratching with bare hands as they made the pizza. Only the guy ringing me up had on a uniform and was extremely rude and slow. He messed up my order twice and was not apologetic at all but rather made excuses, blaming me for why he was confused. There was dirt and dead bugs in the corners of the store and again just people with dirty shoes and dirty clothes who I saw working on their broken down car out front, coming in and unloading supplies to this location in the cooking area. After the guy sneezed directly on a pizza he was making, I canceled my order, and when asked for my money back, they became very aggressive and rude then made me wait 10 minutes and were refusing until I threatened to report them. Thank God I saw what was going on here because if I had just picked up sight unseen, I might have eaten this unhygienic pizza. As I left, I saw them eating my pizza that I canceled. I’ll be reporting this location to the Papa John’s franchise because they need to maintain basic health standards or else it will ruin their brand. I personally won’t be ordering Papa John’s again in this state.

The food is good, but papa johns has just gotten so cheap. They’ve increased their prices while cutting costs by giving you less food. Completely ridiculous. This isn’t the fault of the store or the employees there. I know it’s what corporate has told them to do. This was their ‘papa bowl’. One thin layer of pizza toppings in a bowl.
