We ordered pizza for delivery from Papa John’s over an hour ago. The Papa Tracker was not working at all for the first 45 minutes we waited so we had no idea or notification regarding the status of our pizza. Once a full hour’s time had elapsed, I checked again to see if the Papa Tracker was working and it was – showing our pizza as delivered. Weird because we had been sitting in our front room the entire time. We looked outside and found our pizza sitting ON THE GROUND outside in freezing cold weather. No knock, no doorbell ring, NOTHING. This delivery person just left the hot food we purchased sitting outside on the ground in the cold. Absolutely unacceptable. A true disappointment. We were also missing the additional sauce and seasoning we purchased with our order as well.

Every time I’ve recently ordered delivery it’s been outsourced to DoorDash. If I wanted a random person to handle my food I’d just use DoorDash. I will no longer be purchasing from papa John’s. The company is taking the cheap route to outsource delivery yet they still charge a 5.99 fee . Sales will decline like crazy unless they regain integrity . Pay their delivery drivers and stop outsourcing!

Pizza was burnt crust all torn under bottom and no sauce on pizza. 20 minute drive was a waste. Called them they said bring it back and they would remake it but not worth the drive. Never will see my funds again.

We have ordered from this location twice, and both times multiple items were missing from our order. On our first visit, we didn’t notice until we had gotten home, so we checked before we left on our most recent visit. They left off toppings for which we had paid extra, but they were kind enough to remake the pizza. They also did not give us the extra sauce cups we paid for. When we asked about them, they were put upside down in the pizza boxes. When we opened the box at home, they were the incorrect sauces. The food is good, but the staff could give a bit more attention to detail. Check your order accuracy before you leave!

We had trouble with online ordering and I asked the guy that came to counter could he show me how it worked. He said very rudely that he had never used it and did not attempt to help me.
He took my order and became agitated when I didn’t know I had to push and arrow instead the green button for the next screen.
When I came back in to pick up the pizza he was gone and a nice younger guy was there. He did not wait on me immediately and even put two labels on the pizza box before giving me my pizza that was ready, but did say thank you.
I am older and feel that the older guy just didn’t want to wait on me.
The pizza was good. Service needs to be taught to the older guy. Thanks.
