This is the second time we have ordered from domino’s in anaconda and our food arrived burnt. Our pizza is also missing crust on 3 pieces. This is ridiculous. We will not be giving our money to this location ever again.

SHOULD BE ZERO STARS! This place is a train wreck, the staff is incredible rude and the food has been extremely poor each time. The last time I ordered online, I received the confirmation email. 20 minutes later, I received an email saying that they could not fulfill my order at this time and my order has been cancelled. I called the store and the ignorant employee told me it was my fault the order was cancelled even though my card had been charged. I told him that they had better refund my card then since it was their screw up and he told me not to “threaten him”. This place is a joke and that will be the last time I deal with them. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!

Ordered Mac and cheese at 11:45pm the food arrived shortly after midnight. I ordered Mac and cheese and got literally just cheese. Google says the store is open until 1am. I called and the phone said they were closed. So I paid $7 for cheese. Unacceptable.

I have ordered one or two times a month since they opened and for the most part it has been a good experience and the food has been great. A couple times they didn’t add a topping, or the service was kind of slow, but most of the time they are pretty on point.

We called in 1 pizza while we got unpacking at our hotel while on a road trip. We were given a 45 minute wait for 1 pizza. We ordered anyways because it gave us a bit of time to explore the city. When we got there, it wasn’t ready. They said it’d be out in at least 20 minutes. Over 1 hour for a pizza? There were only 3 people working. 1 making pizza, one boxing it, and the other person taking personal calls on their cell phone. When we got it I opened it to check and it wasn’t made correctly, they said they could remake it if we wanted to wait another 20-30 minutes. Obviously not. We’ve been on the road all day and we’re tired and hungry and already had to wait over an hour for an incorrectly made pizza. No refund or anything.

Friends and I ordered some pizza and wings at 7:30pm on a Friday. The tracker stayed in the prep stage for so long that we called to check on it at around 8:15 and were told that they were slammed but the order would be there in about 25 minutes. We checked in at about 9 and were told they weren’t sure when the order would be ready. We finally gave up on waiting and went to the storefront at about 9:45 and our food was sitting under the heat lamp. Two of the pizzas were made incorrectly, all of them were soggy, and the boxes were discolored from how long they stayed under the heat lamp. 0/10 would not recommend unless you enjoy being hangry.

Two weeks ago I placed a carryout order for 5:30p.m. I payed and placed my order two hours in advance. At 5:45 only one of my two pizzas were ready and ten minutes later I was informed that my 2nd pizza hadn’t even been made. Having an appointment at 6 I couldn’t wait for any longer and requested a refund. There was no apology or attempt to fix their mistake, and two weeks later I still haven’t heard anything. Unorganized, unprofessional, terrible business practices. Should get less than 1 star.

I’ve ordered from here multiple times and they’ve always got my orders right and made quickly. If you use the app you can find some really good deal and save lots of money compared to the other pizza options in town.
I’d also be weary of the 1-star reviews because they seem to be angry Karens who get upset when they order 10 minutes before closing and get a slight inconvenience.

Ordered online. $32. When I got there they said they can’t break a $100 bill but have no signs saying this. Apparently in Anaconda Montana they don’t have to accept legal tender.
