Huge shoutout to Stevie! She literally went above and beyond on my order tonight and was just such a sweetheart with a smile the whole time even though I had a difficult order.
She and Sandra both jumped to help me so they are definitely about customer service at this location.
Stevie was who took my order but Sandra was also very nice smiling as well with a great attitude with all she was doing.
They have that oldschool customer service that really stands out!
There’s just a great vibe here with everyone and I had to show how much I appreciate it!
Oh and their Halloween Blast is so good, they got me hooked!! Lol I’ve been here two days in a row. Lol
If upper management is looking, please do something nice for them! They are definitely working hard and still make time to be awesome! 🙂

The women on day shift are so rude it’s ridiculous. You guys should really hire better employees. I simply asked for a cup of ice from the back.. she bought old ice to the window. And got the manager when I asked her to make it right.
The manager was worst than the employee. She didn’t apologize or even acknowledge my concern. This is crazy. Fire that manager.

Served me moldy bread. I didn’t notice until I was away from the restaurant. I asked for a refund on the app and was told I would hear from the local franchise on next steps. It’s been a week and I haven’t received any refund or communication. I requested a chargeback from my credit card.

This Sonic is the closest to my house. I miss the one that closed down on 380. Chelsea was so rude and seemed like we were a major inconvenience to her on every turn. She seemed irritated when we placed our order, when we paid, and when she passed the food out of the window. Just an overall horrible experience to deal with on a great morning.

This restaurant Can’t break a $100 bill. So you literally can’t even eat although you have legal tender which should be accepted anywhere in America as it states that US cash is legal tender under 31 U.S.C. § 5103
Basically saying I can’t enjoy their restaurant because they refuse to carry any cash in their store… They fail to render services. Missing out on sales as I literally try to eat here everyday… Guess I’ll take my business anywhere else…

If I could give a minus zero I would. Not only did the server spill my entire slushy in my lap, but when I complained to the manager that they didn’t even have the decency to offer a full refund all she kept repeating was “but it was an accident “. My entire outfit was soaked and my body and interior was sloshed and sticky. It’ll take more to get the car cleaned than the cost of the food I ordered. Drive by don’t drive-in at this location!

THE WORST SONIC EVER!!! Every single time I order a Oreo chocolate shake they NEVER put enough chocolate! They have basically made me a Oreo vanilla shake with a dash of chocolate in it and this level of laziness has left me dissatisfied every time! Why should I have to add my own chocolate in a shake that I paid for at home????? Anyway TODAY I decided to give them another try and ordered a Oreo chocolate shake again. Not only was there not enough chocolate in it but there were NO Oreos in it this time! I am so tired of this location!! Before ordering from here PLEASE read the reviews. They are extremely lazy at this location. Don’t waste your money!!

We have really only gone in the evenings but this location has been impressive. We have a large family and they always seem to get our order right along with all the condiments. The food is hot and fresh and the carhop is nice! Keep up the good work, everyone.

Ordered a Supersonic breakfast burrito with no tomatoes. When i got home and started eating it i noticed there was no meat in it. Went back to sonic and said i needed one wit meat. The car hop brought it out and said here’s your burrito with no meat. I told her please make me one with meat, its not that hard. They blamed it on having new people in the kitchen. This Sonic has been terrible in past year. It seems that everytime i order something is wrong.
