So last night my boyfriend and I we decided to to go wingstop and we waited for a good 15 minutes to get our food and by the time we got to the house the fries didn’t taste like cinnamon it just did not taste good, hot or even fresh. The chicken I had the boneless BBQ it tasted cold as hell and then my boyfriend had the 6 piece lemon pepper his was little bloody it looked really wet and his food was cold too as hell and we found two pieces of hair in his fries like who wants to eat that it’s so disgusting. They need to do better with everything it was terrible

Horrible, placed my order at 5:37 pm via online order said 21-25 minutes. Arrived at 6pm. 6:30 still no food and when I asked how much longer stated they haven’t started it yet. Asked for a refund, stated 2-3 business days back to my card. They prioritized DoorDash orders over in store customers. Ridiculous if you can’t keep up with your in store customer orders. Then you need to cut off DoorDash. Won’t go there again.

Do not eat for Wingstop if this dude he’s she is there his name supposed to be Casey I don’t know the other little girl name. He went back there and got her because I asked for my food to be fresh. My fries he took my fries put them back in the grease. A old fries with new fries at the meeting the young lady at the front touched the fries and realized it was cold. Top notch quick dining experience. Great customer service. Great food. You get a decent amount for your money. Endless flavors. They cleanup after you. You can watch them cook your food. Chill environment.

Placed an order online to be picked up at a specific time more than 45 minutes in advance. I arrived at the restaurant to pick up my food at the specified time, told it wasn’t ready yet. 30 minutes later and it’s still not ready with no time frame on when it will be ready. Completely unacceptable. Especially when people who walked in after I had arrived have ordered and been served.

Food normally good. But got my order wrong on Friday, I called a hour later to rectify the issue and the lady on the phone said she would give me a credit or I could just come get a remake by Sunday and would write it down for her coworkers because I wasn’t sure if I could go get it within that time frame. And to call on Sunday if I wanted to change my mind to a credit or it wouldn’t be able to be honored. So I call 11 am on Sunday and a man answered the phone. I explained the situation and he goes on to say something about normally it’s a manager that needs to go over the mistake and you have to bring the food back… baby I live 25 min away w kids I can’t just pack up again to do that and the lady said she was gonna handle it but apparently didn’t write it down like she said she was going to so I just had to accept that… So there goes my order that cost 16 dollars and wasn’t even right. It was supposed to be 8 hot honey and 2 mango habenero. I order it that way because I can’t handle eating many mango habenero ones because it’s spicy. So to only be able to eat some of my 16 dollar order is BOGUS. Trinity is the name on the order , different email/name on this account. Just sucks when you’ve been here like 12 times

Cashier was not friendly. Normally when you go somewhere to place a to go order, you are asked for a name to be called by when your order is ready. We were not. Our ticket only said “means”. By the time our food was ready it, the cook wasn’t so friendly giving us our order. My husband has been bragging about the food here for a while now. And I’m kinda disappointed. Not sure why anyone would put hot wings and bbq wings in the same tray. Wings were hot, fries warm. Music could’ve been turned down just a little bit. Atmosphere isn’t too bad. Kinda laid back.

The people working up front are so rude. All I said was “excuse me, where are the lids?” And in the rudest tone was told “um they’re right here???” On top of that my food was cold and took close to 20 minutes to be ready when it was supposed to be ready within “6-11 minutes”.

The man at the front was kinda rude, he first had a attitude while taking our order & he gave our food to the wrong table they had to bring it to us when he brought them their food he apologized to them & didn’t say anything to us and the lady told him he gave our food them..then proceeded to come ask us for our tray and started removing our food his self off the tray!! Terrible service I don’t recommend at all
