Had the lamb sandwich, a side of falafel, and a gazoz (spritz). Everything was exquisite.

Love this restaurant. I was there for dinner on a Thursday night and the place was buzzing with Energy. A little bit of a line, but it moved quickly. the food was all top-notch… Excellent! So fresh and different than regular New Orleans spots. My kids have been there three times, including for breakfast.

Not worth the price. Tiny portions that feel more like something from a cafeteria at full restaraunt price. Food was just decent and they tried to upsell us on a second piece of Pita for our Pita and Hummus appetizer. Spent almost 100 on what would at best be a 60 dollar meal. Most damning I think is after all that money spent I’m still hungry

Food was excellent. More casual than Saba but just as good. Stopped in around 8pm Saturday night. No wait. All of your favorites from Saba, including the hummus and the trio of dips with their amazingly fresh bread. Chicken noodle soup is reminiscent of his matzoh ball soup but with noodles. Husband loved the chicken schnitzel sandwich. Chicken was perfectly cooked and fresh. I’m not sure what happened to the poor reviews down below, maybe it was them working through having just opened. But there was nothing processed about any of the food, especially the meat that I had. Nor has Alon ever delivered processed food that I have experienced. It is all fresh and delivered quickly. Couldn’t ask for more, with a new restaurant in Lakeview with great food. Looking forward to them offering take out and to eat outside.

Needs a lot of improvement. Caesar salad had an odd gritty texture like the lettuce was unwashed. Falafel “plate” only comes with a few falafels and 1 side, no accompanying salad or rice. Expensive for what is essentially a counter service restaurant. Unreasonable to charge this much money for a fast casual restaurant with inconsistent food.
