My tuna sandwich was more like a veggie delite with a smear of tuna. Don’t trust a mobile order. You have to stand over them to make sure they don’t skimp on your meat/protein.

The Subway in our black neighborhoods need to either get more support or close down. Second week of doors closed when suppose to be open but how can they be open when they have a shortage of food that’s been going on for more than two week. This location was just renovated but y’all can’t keep supplies or stock of food. Last week I placed my order online and paid; but it wasn’t made until I got there not only that they didn’t have the meats to make the sandwich I ordered.

Got to the location at 9:25pm and they close at 10:00pm and the two employees that were clearly very young were outside smoking weed and saying that they had to close a hour early when the open sign was on. I pointed that out and their friends pulled up in a car all smoking while one was actually strapped(with a gun) and actually walked inside the subway where they all went inside to hang out. I’m like 99% sure they were lying about being closed and were just avoiding working while still getting paid on the clock. Won’t be returning.

Now, typically this Subway has good service overall, and the food is good. However, on this particular occasion, I came at 7:52pm on Saturday. Clearly, their closing time on their door said 8:00pm on Saturday.
The “Open” sign was on…. So, when I walked in at 7:53pm expecting to get a sub, the server at the counter already had all the food out of their stalls in the front counter, getting ready to close the shop. All he said was “Closed,” and nothing else. I let him know on the spot that he needed to at least turn off the “Open” sign at the very least, and I left.
All in all: It is ridiculously unprofessional to close a store before the time that you say it is to be closed. That is bad customer service, and should not be tolerated by the public. Sadly, because of this action, Subway has lost my business at this particular location for the foreseeable future.

Service was good and professional. Had sweet onion teriyaki foot long with peanut butter cookies, and vitamin water. One server cleaned while the other made sandwiches and salads. When she finished she joined in. Place was clean, and customers were constant.

Ordered a pick up order. Pulled up at the time it was suppose to be ready for pickup. The workers were sitting outside in the car. Walked in when I walked in, and started making more order then. Had 30 minutes to make the order before I arrived at the pick up time . Definitely need new workers . They are very sorry and unprofessional.

It was clean and well lit. The agent was nice. The service was quick. My son was able to get exactly what he likes.
I did notice that some of the toppings were in each other’s boxes. That is big for me cause I don’t like onions, so to see them touching other items I might pick is a no go.
Otherwise, everything was straight. Looked clean and well kept on the inside. There was no line so we got immediate service.
