I was disappointed with my recent experience at your store. Despite paying extra, I did not receive the coffee I specifically ordered. This is the same coffee I order regularly, so I was surprised that it was not prepared correctly. On top of that, I had to wait nearly 30 minutes just for one coffee, which made the experience even more frustrating. I kindly ask that more attention be given to ensuring orders are made correctly and served in a timely manner.

I always like to be fair in life and I really dislike when ppl treat you different when u have different skin color , in this particular location they greet you only if u re black , other than that they don’t even call your name while ur order is ready , I really didn’t feel welcome in this location at all and by the way restrooms are filthy and dirty , please clean them .

Less than six months ago, this store would have scored a 1 for all areas. However the changes they have made to their customer service, cleanliness of the store, knowledge of their staff about their coffees/ products, and management of the multiple streams of customers ( door dash, in person, drive thru, etc.) has increased 10 fold. Hats off to the managers of this site; we need more stores like yours. One small suggestion; tables and floors should be wiped/ cleaned frequently. I lol forward to coming her more often and appreciate the change’s you have made! It is visible to anyone looking you have definitely increased your efficiency and attention to your customers.

January 4th around 2:24PM i went through the drive thru and ordered a vanilla bean frappe with strawberry cold foam. First the workers all seem to be off and not really knowing what they are making. When i first got the order it tastes watered down, there was barely any vanilla bean flavor. I asked for them to make it again, the drink tasted the same way. I been getting vanilla bean frappes for years AND I used to work at Starbucks; I know for a fact shes not following the recipe card. Im extending disappointed with my order and the service.

Came to this Starbucks for a late night snack. They close at 9p I arrived at 7:45p they pretended like they had absolutely no more warm food left, the person taking my order just said “yea you’re a bit too late for that” which made me assume they just didn’t “feel” like heating up a Sandwich which only take less than 5min. This place is only good in the mornings. Save your trip!

While I was waiting, the barista gave me a look—he shrugged, widened his eyes, and appeared annoyed—then said, “Excuse me, why are you still here?” I told him I was waiting for my drink, and he apologized and said he thought he had already given it to me.
I understand mistakes happen, but the body language and tone felt unnecessarily rude. I won’t be stopping at this location again.

This Starbucks is prob one of the worst I’ve been to. The drive through takes FOREVER!!! I have to be desperate to come here because I will usually go out my way to go to another Starbucks to get my order faster. I’ve also been lectured about getting in the drive thru 5 minutes after I placed a mobile order..like Sir please just make the damn drink. It’s gonna take 20 minutes for yall to do it anyway
