Consistently bad on the weekend, and very slow for a drive-thru bagel no matter what day, but ok on the weekdays because at least they listen and try to toast your bagel correctly. $10 for a single bagel sandwich and if it isn’t toasted correctly it’s no better than Dunkin.

I don’t have Einstein bagels in my area so I always try to stop when I pass near one. This is my first time to this store but it didn’t disappoint like the others. The inside is clean and the staff were friendly and efficient. I got a dozen of the variety with 2 things of sour cream. A really solid deal for the prize. I love the blueberry bagels the best but all of them are good. Great way to start the day off, coffee and Einstein Bagels!

I came through the drive through last week and ordered a bacon egg and cheddar on a sesame bagel. There was one car in front of me and it took forever for them to get served and even longer to get my order. The employee at the window was pleasant enough but the service at this location always seems extremely slow. I got my order and headed to the office only to open my bagel and find out that it was burnt. I am sure that added to my waiting. I can’t believe they served it that way but of course being in the takeout line I would be long gone before I realized there was an issue so why not. I could not eat the bagel. I called the store and was asked what time I was there and then was told that the person I needed to speak with was on the phone and would call me back. I’m still waiting for the call. I emailed but reached corporate that has nothing to do with this location. The price of their bagels are expensive and I am extremely upset with how the owners of this store run their business. If I could rate you with a zero I would.

I used to come here all the time until I pulled up and seen the associates using their bare hands to touch all the food after touching money, debit cards, and brooms!! So gross Where is the health department with these inspections! I’m old school where gloves and hair nets and clean hands used to be the given!

Awesome experience! Placed an order for a company event of around 12 dozen bagels + a coffee station. The scheduled delivery was early in the morning – but it arrived right on time! Bagels looked perfect and they were delicious. Our driver noticed that they had forgotten to hand off the paper goods, and coffee supplies, and turned around and came back to deliver them. Really went above and beyond. Overall a terrific experience and I would highly recommend Einstein Bros. Bagels & the Washington Road location.

I found TWO hairs in my cream cheese today. I couldn’t even eat it after that. $5 wasted. Very slow drive through too. I probably won’t come back.

Let me just say I want this person’s confidence, cause the confidence it most take to sale this to a customer is amazing. I worked in the restaurant business and managed one. I can say this is completely unacceptable as a a SMOOTHIE. This is about the 3rd time it happened. My girlfriend never complains about it but I’m going to for her. It only ever seems to happen when that women with colored hair is there. It’s like she rushes it or something. It’s always a 50/50 if my girlfriend’s smoothie is gonna be colored water or an actual smoothie. I know me personally will not be back to this location again. Spent $30 dollars and this is the smoothie I get.

Stopped here today after every other breakfast restaurant in the area had a 45min wait. Very good breakfast had the egg, cheese & bacon on a everything bagel and a med coffee. Very friendly staff, modern looking interior.
Update: here again almost a year later, they don’t disappoint. Had the Texas Brisket on an Everything bagel, YUMM.
