Food was hot and delicious. Customer service was excellent. Burgers and tots; can’t go wrong. Was hesitant, bc I grew up going to the location on the circle – but was pleasantly surprised. I am not a fan of the atmosphere. The tables and area where you sit, is a little awkward. But not terrible. The food was really good. Ordered two burgers, two tots and two drinks – Was around $40. I do think it’s overpriced. However, it being in Woodway, is expected.

Burger was solid: flavorful, cooked well, and not too far off from/worse than In-N-Out (though twice the cost). The fries were crispy but tasted strange, kind of a bizarre water flavor to them. The milkshakes, vanilla and chocolate peanut butter, weren’t good. Not real whipped cream despite it saying so on the receipt, the vanilla tasted like low quality mix and had a gray/brownish tint, and the consistency of both was thin. The burger is worth trying, but not worth a detour.

Do you remember that old greasy/juicy double meat cheeseburger you loved when you were young, at the local burger joint or drive-in? I found it again! The first bite took me back years. That alone was worth the very modest price I paid.
I also added an order of onion rings. Now, I am a very shrewd judge of onion rings, basing my judgement on the best onion rings ever made, at the old Chicken Shack on Dallas Highway. Wow! They were great, too! Light, crispy, and good flavor. Could see myself making a meal out of them.
I say that you should not hesitate to give them a try. It is really no more expensive than a Whataburger combo, and way better than the usual burger chains. Plus, it’s real good!

Great place! Burger is great, but they add cold lettuce after it is cooked, so be aware of the temperature sensation so that you aren’t caught unaware

Customer service lacking. Most places the customer is always right, but not this time place. “Trust me the burger is cook and just looks that way”. One patty brown on both sides. The second pink on one side and inside and brown on the other side. Need to work on the quality of your meat selection and maybe consider replacing a single patty to make it right next time. Never had this issue at the original location on the circle. Disgusting..

I go here every Friday, and the staff welcomes me with open arms. My go to order is the health burger, with mayo and cheese only. The service is top of the line. And I can’t help but smile when ordering my food.

Great service, and even better burgers. My son and I made three rounds around Union Grove before he made a decision to get a burger here. I was impressed. We have been to the location near the roundabout in Waco and love it, I love this one too!
