Jersey Mikes has become fully braindead. The person in front of me got a regular size turkey and provolone and it was no bigger than the dudes hand. $11.45 for a sandwich smaller than your hand in what world of delusion does Jersey Mikes live in? Jersey Mikes left this one guy in this store to work all by himself with people in line and online orders coming in. Despite all this the guy working was extremely nice and just working nonstop. Look how small at this sandwich is in the wrapper. This sandwich so skinny it could dodge raindrops. This sandwich so skinny it could look out a peep hole with both eyes. This sandwich so skinny it could play hide and seek and never be found.

Poor customer service! Inexperienced staff who doesn’t know how to make a sandwich. They run out of ingredients for the sandwiches by 8:00 PM! Then when you ask how this happens , you get a smart comment in return!

I ordered online and upon pickup the customer service was nonexistent, workers look absolutely miserable. First time ordering their gf bread for my sandwich and not only was the bread disgusting the filling was so minimal and drenched in oil and vinegar plus I didn’t get the banana peppers I requested. Total waste of money.

I’ve always heard about it but never tried it. One day driving I decided to stop and let me tell you it was worth it! I ordered the classic Philly cheese steak it’s the best sandwich I’ve tasted besides the really one in philly. The place is clean and the workers are nice. I noticed the cashier wears gloves when dealing with the money and then removes it and put on new one when making the sandwich. Very good! I will definitely be back!.

Worst sandwich I have ever been given. And to have been charged $9.54 for this sloppy, soggy mess is even more shameful. Employee making the sandwiches was annoyed that I brought this inedible food to his attention (I paid before receiving my order). When I asked for a refund, I thought he was going to lose his temper. Instead of giving me my money back, he handed me a receipt and walked away. I repeated that I wanted my money back, not some coupon for a future visit. He replied that I was getting my bank card credited. Seriously? I never used my bank card, so how would he have been able to credit my account? Stay away from this place- you’ll save yourself a lot of aggravation and money that could be spent elsewhere for a much better sandwich. And the employee never changed gloves after handling the money- he went right back to making someone else’s order.

During grand opening quantity was good but now I guess not. Compare to Subway double the price but less ingredients in the sub. Tasted more bread. However at least quality is good.

The worst jersey mikes ive ever been to, coorperate should shut this down. The chicken was not cooked, the sandwiches were terrible. The staff is extremely rude. Learn some manners learn how to serve people. Build a better reputation.

The food was good as usual but AFTER key word AFTER I sat down a employee said the dining in was only open till 8 and they close at 9 I still sat there anyway and I think they purposely put on music just to be annoying. Lady on 8pm shift on5/9/24 was extremely rude. Would recommend. Just don’t plan on eating in past 8. Hope the helps
