Most items besides dinners are ala carte. The battered fish was crunchy and tasty. The staff were friendly and our orders came as ordered. There was a salad bar but we didn’t use it. There were several items I couldn’t identify due to the containers they use.

This is an older building, but it doesn’t stop these wonderful cooks (2 of em in the kitchen at 12:06 on a Friday) from cooking possibly the BEST food around! I brought my coworker here for lunch and he got the chicken fried steak. They brought it out and you couldn’t see the plate, the steak was so big! I got the Friday special – Hamburger steak and mashed potatoes with green beans. The patty wasn’t flat, it was almost round and FAT and delicious. I had a crispy taco for an appetizer haha. It was jam packed with fresh taco meat, lettuce, tomato with salsa. The next time I eat here, I’m getting six of those suckers. My coworker is eating cobbler at this point, and he hasn’t spoken a word yet, I think he likes his cherry cobbler a la mode.

Went there on 12/27. There was 5 of us, rode from lawton to eat lunch, got our order in .no buffalo wings, had 3 chicken strips got charged for the dinner, which I did not order the dinner. all the food came out little by little, waffle fries were cold, did not eat them, I had to ask the server native American girl that we were missing the special which was steak fingers, came out cold and not edible, the whole plate. waited all that time for that food to be cold, and all we were told was sorry I forgot. our friend walked out,asked another server to take the meal off because he couldn’t eat it, she asked if he wanted something different or speak to the cooks, food and service was horrible and embarrassing to take good friends somewhere else to eat. First time we were there the food and service was excellent but Georgia was there too, I guess Georgia needs to be there to make sure food is hot and service is good.

It’s a great place to eat. Good food, great people. We were a bit skeptical because when we arrived, we were the only customers, but our skepticism was unfounded. The server was super friendly. When we finished lunch, the joint was hopping, and the parking lot was nearly full. They serve a proper paddy melt on rye…Yum! The wife had a really juicy cheeseburger. I would be remiss if I failed to mention that the beef was not from a frozen paddy. If we find ourselves in Carnegie, OK, again, and are hungry, this will be our first choice. Oh…we were given two outstanding complimentary servings of pineapple upside-down cake. How they knew that was my favorite cake, I’ll never know.

We were on a day trip from South Central Oklahoma and decided to stop. The food was pretty good, service was good. The restaurant looks a little worn down. The bathroom is not handicap accessible. If we are ever out this way again, we will stop

I was overcharged for my meal two times in a month for my meal. A cheeseburger, fries, a salad bar, a drink, plus a Saturday night steak special with trip to the salad bar, a drink does not cost $45.00 + $3 tip. I did the math and the meal should have been $35 + $3 tip. I was overcharged by exactly $10. When I ask for a receipt I always receive an UNITEMIZED receipt when paying with a debit card. This is my second occurrence. I trust your waitress is is honest, but a second time occurrence is criminal.

Our food was great!!!! Prices were low especially for the portion size! Great salad bar with tabbouleh, pasta/pea salad and all the fixins! Hubby loved the Philly cheesesteak, catfish was excellent and the nachos had delicious chicken!!! Definitely will go back!!

Oh my!! This meal was one of the best. Definitely can’t get a steak that has such great flavor at the price we paid anywhere in OKC Metro. Husband had burger and cheese fries that were yummy too. The young ladies serving were friendly and polite. You could definitely tell the locals that came in. But we were made to feel at home. Highly recommend if you’re in town!!!
