The vibes at this place is so fun! You order at the counter and they bring it to you. Which is different. Super cool drink station where you can use unique coffee cups and do refills yourself. They use random ducks and little toys for your table number. I got the chicken & waffles egg benedict (was delicious), boyfriend got a breakfast burrito (he loved it) Food is fresh. Prices are good. Very busy at the time we went but the wait in line to order took about 10 mins but so worth it. Outdoor seating as well.

I live in Harford County & I drive all the way down here for this pizza bc it is soo good!! I put a post on Reddit & this was the #1 response I received when I asked for the best pizza in AA County. This is the 2nd time this week that I got it. I ordered the large cheese with onions & green peppers. The dough is perfect & the vegetables are so fresh. This is my new favorite spot!

A true hidden gem in Annapolis! Their pizza is one of the best, if not the best, in the Annapolis area! Good quality cheese, sauce not too sweet and a nice tang, and their crust… not super thin nor very thick or doughy. It’s a great in between and very light and airy with great under carriage.
Their grandma pies are also amazing! Nice crisp under carriage with a great crunch on the crust, yet airy on the inside.
Great salads as well, we love their contandina salad and the grilled vegetables.
Staff always friendly as well. It’s a small joint and can be a little cramped inside so prepare to carry out. But regardless it’s very well worth it.
⭐️Pro Tip: while your wife or girlfriend is busy shopping next door at home goods or home sense, sneak out and grab yourself a slice, definitely a grandma slice if available. It’ll level you when she ends up spending too much shopping and avoid an argument

All right! To be fair the first time I came here we were pretty disappointed in what we received… can’t even remember what we got. That was five years ago. Things have changed! Every time I walk by and see someone eating outside at a table I asked them how’s the food? I always ask and in most cases people will give me a pretty honest review. And they seem to enjoy it. My wife and I visit Home Goods often to find good quality items for our home and kitchen. And occasionally you want to eat or snack and there are a few places around. Pasticcio, is one of the few pizza joints /Italian restaurants around. And you know how I feel about Pizza, if it ain’t done right I’m not eating it. I love pizza, I love making it at home, but I also love eating it out! I did a review on one of my favorite places… This pizza joint is small, kind of a walk-in and walk out with a few seats inside and some umbrella and tables on the outside to enjoy on a good day. A lot of joints in New York are like this one. They don’t have a brick oven. They do have a double deck Pizza Oven and have quite a few specialty pizzas to choose from. I decided to try out the “grandma style”margarita which isn’t as thick as a deep dish and is slightly thicker than a regular pizza and a little smaller than a Sicilian. With a nice chewy crispy crust. Flavors were there. It was very cheesy. It was a very good slice of pizza. My wife, got the “turkey wrap”. It was OK… I’m Not a big fan of wraps that are more wrap than ingredients. This one was a small wrap compared to others we have had before at other locations. But was still good. there was an Italian guy there speaking Italian and enjoying his pizza. It’s nice to see when people enjoy their food and it’s done right!
I do plan on going there again even talked to one of the managers about some video and photos in the kitchen, so I’m sure I may be showcasing them here. But if you are in the Annapolis area and near the mall and would like a slice of pizza or some #Italian food. They have a very big menu, and serve everything from Pasta to #Pizza and more in between. We have eaten here before few years ago but didn’t forget how good it is.
We had planned at eating at another take out that served cheesesteaks, unfortunately they were closed. Coming back to Pasticcio was no regret!
The food was fantastic! (See images). The service was stellar which is we order the food at the counter and once it’s ready it’s delivered to your table. The place is clean and well maintained. Signs of well run staff who care about appearances. The only issue is that it’s so well run that the staff lacks personality. And they are all Latinos. Not one Italian from my observation. Another issue is the place is cold due to the constant patrons entering the restaurant. And I believe there is no heat in the dining area. The only downside. Otherwise, we come back but when the weather warms up!

My wife and i were impressed by the great reviews so we ordered a white pizza and 2 appetizers, Arrancini (rice balls) and calamari. I could not even recognize the arrancini as I was served small deep fried balls with a bland mushy and gluey mess of rice, mozzarella, and a couple of peas ( I am Italian American, I know what they should look and taste like). The calamari was the worst I have had in the area. Large overcooked chunks that were tough. The pizza was the most tasteless and soupy white pizza I have ever had. The combination of mozzarella covered with too much ricotta transformed the toppings into a soupy mess. The crust was well baked but extremely dry and almost cracker like. It should have been crispy on the outside and soft and moist in the middle. In short, I was very disappointed.

Best part was the crunchy crust and fresh toppings. Not a deep dish guy but the mushroom pizza was good. No sandwiches only subs. Everyone was nice and polite.

It gets a little crowded during lunch , but it’s worth the wait. This place has the best pizza I have tried in the DMV. The crunch has almost air pockets that crunch with every bite, no flimsy pizza here. We will be back!

Pasticcio is a quick service pizza and sub shop in the Annapolis region. The structure of the pizza was pretty good but overall the flavor was underwhelming on both our pizza and subs to the point I felt a three was necessary. The subs were also poor in quality and structure which led to a low score as well.
