Awesome service. Every time I pick up a pizza it’s been hot and fresh and tastes great. Deliveries have been smooth, the drivers are friendly and pretty quick. Very close to UAB and convenient for downtown & Southside.

There’s no option for a carry-out only discount or deal that’s reasonable for a 3 topping large pizza. It’s $12 easy at Dominos. It is over $18 here for the same thing. Never going to pay 50% more for the same thing. I drive further away to pick up Dominos every week. Would be nice if there was a reasonable deal here. I’d maybe pay 10% more but 50% more is crazy.

Went in tonight trying to give them another chance since they screwed my last order up and order the exact same order thin crust cut into squares and what do know same results but this time it was thick crust cut into triangle and when I said it’s not correct the heavyset guy took the pizza and try to cut into squares while the guy behind the register is wanting me to pay for the incorrect pizza not even offering to remake it smh! Also what I didn’t do is check they’re reviews and if I did they’re a reason the have a 3.2 and judging from comments it should be a lot worse! To all those out there avoid this place

I ordered a bacon/pepperoni pizza with a garlic parm crust. I received a regular pepperoni pizza. Instead of a remake, they refunded me because I guess due to laziness. This wouldn’t have happened with Chris M there managing the place.

I ordered a pepperoni and bacon for takeout but when u got home I realized the cook put on a SINGLE half a piece of pepperoni and 2 strips of undercooked bacon. I even added a tip to the order before I got there. I drive an extra 20 minutes now whenever I want papa john’s because ITS WORTH ACTUALLY RECEIVING WHAT I PAID FOR. I paid nearly 30$ for a large BBQ chicken pizza, stuffed crust, I picked this pizza up too. It was way way over done and there was so much cheese on it you couldn’t see the other toppings, at all. I thought they gave me the wrong pizza because it was almost burnt and looked like a cheese pizza. Then one of my employees said it had the toppings but you could hardly taste any BBQ sauce and the stuffed crust was burnt in some places and the crust was extremely hard to bite through. Worst and most expensive pizza I have ever had from Papa John’s. Will not be going back for a long long time! Nobody ate the crust and that’s why we got stuffed crust. I worked for Dominoes and Papa John’s for over a decade so I know what it should look and taste like. The oven is set to high or the pizza is moving to slowly through the oven, or just pure incompetence! I own a restaurant myself so I get it but it was a really bad experience all around

Papa johns is the nearest best pizza shop available to our apartment. Taste is good, but I personally love other pizza shop. One thing I didn’t like at all is : they don’t provide extra crushed peppers or sauce.

Always a great experience when I come to this location. They are so nice and fun. The cashier made sure my order was correct. Very professional. They have great chemistry and team work. Laughter and they are serious about their pizza craft. This is one of my favorite locations. It’s clean, no odors, and was decorated for the Ole Hallows eve.
