This place is garbage. I have tried to patronize them on 3 separate occasions and each time they disappoint. I don’t eat sausage but I got sausage after being promised a substitute. The potatoes look like mush and their customer service is non existent. I usually drive to the Krab Kings on Watson Road and I will continue to do that. I refuse to give them another dime of my money for this garbage that they serve.

Placed the order for the monster platter when they first opened. Left my name for the order, paid in full and said that I’d be back to get it at 3pm. Got there at 3:15 and the food was still not ready. I waited until almost 4 and they brought the food over to me. They asked for my receipt, in which I didn’t think to bring it with me, so I didn’t have it. Even though when I went to the register to let them know I was there to pick the order up, it was no problem and she said it’d be right out. Then I spent another 15 minutes going back and forth about the order EVEN though I gave them the name of the order, described the cashier that took the order, someone verified that I was there that morning to place the order AND I gave the last 4 digits of the card number. Got the food home, it wasn’t the seasoning that I ordered (or it lacked) as well as the potatoes were undercooked and cold. Called the manager and she seemed like the wait time wasn’t that big of a deal and she said she saw me and was there while I was waiting that long for the food but didn’t try to intervene. She did offer a small percentage off my next order and offered for a new pan of potatoes. Which means I would’ve had to drive back 30 minutes.

The food was delicious, the staff was friendly and the prices where just right. The best part is the seafood comes in different flavors of your choice. That part made me very happy. If you leave hungry, that’s your own fault. This place was a happy accident that I found. I will for sure be going back.

This visit was not good. Staff was really nice to us, but food was not good. Potatoes not cooked all the way, corn tasted like yesterday, my sister’s crab legs didn’t have flavor. You could tell the owners weren’t there today. We waited a little while for food that wasn’t up to par. The choice of music is cool for a family barbeque, but the explicit content was inappropriate for a business.
I like this place, but today they were a little off. I’ll give it another try, there’s a lot of competition out here.

The food is really good. My favorite is the honey-garlic sauce. I didn’t like the expression on the cashier’s face when I questioned if the prices had increased. It was a fake, ‘I have no idea what you’re talking about’, type of look. She didn’t verbally respond to my inquiry. I’ve been coming here for months. Did she honestly think I didn’t notice or realize the price hike? Don’t try to play me. I don’t like that.
