Rosati’s is one of my favorite places. It’s very close to my home. The weight staff here is really really good. Sarah is one of my favorites. She knows my drink and has it ready for when she sees me coming in. She’s always smiling. Very cheerful and pays very good attention to all of her guests. Love when Sarah works!

I have had plenty of bad (and even downright terrible) pizzas in the New Lenox area. But I have never felt so inclined to leave a review. For starters it showed up 30 minutes late, which wouldn’t have been a huge deal if it was not also cold. And aside from what looks like the work of a 3 year old distributing the toppings in giant clumps, I asked for it extra thin and well done. Both requests were blatantly disregarded. Given the prices of “cheap”food these days, it would be nice to at least see a little sense of pride put into making it. Add this place to the long list of terrible pizza options in New Lenox.

This was the last time we will go to this particular Rosati’s. After arriving, we were greeted and given menus. The waitress took our drink orders and promptly brought them to us. That’s where the good ended! We put in our order and then waited and waited. We ordered cheese sticks for appetizers (should have been served within 15 minutes maximum) and a 12″ sausage, pepperoni, DICED green peppers (told her repeatedly to have cook dice the peppers very small, no big pieces) extra cheese and to brown the cheese. After 40 minutes, we finally got our waitress attention to find out what was up with our order. She made some excuse that they were very busy with take out orders but would see where our appetizer was…10 more minutes and she came back with cheesey BREAD sticks…not what we ordered! Took them back and finalky came out 10 more minutes later with cheese sticks that were still slightly cold!!! Then another 15+ minutes and the pizza arrived. UGH…huge chunks of peppers and just barely melted cheese, not browned like we had requested. We each ate one piece and chose to leave the rest. This place has been a disappointment several times. This time was the final straw. We wound up going to Burger King for a chicken sandwich. Don’t go to this Rosati’s, you won’t be happy. Service sucks, food is always messed up, just not good.

Rosati’s is truly a gem in our community! The food is incredible, fresh and flavorful- but what really sets this place apart is the heart behind it. When I reached out at the very last minute needing help for a Veteran’s Day lunch at my workplace, the owner didn’t hesitate for a second. She generously donated pizzas and salad for our Veterans without asking for anything in return. That kind of kindness and community spirit is so rare these days, and it meant the world to us and our Veterans. I’ll definitely be recommending Rosati’s to everyone — not only for great food, but because they’re the kind of people who care about their community. Thank you! ♥️

Customer service was great. Super nice servers. Food was amazing. Literally one of the best italian beefs ive had! Wife had Fettuccine Alfredo with chicken and she liked it too….Gotta try it! Oh and my daughter had spaghetti free (Tuesdays kids eat free). Will definitely come back

What’s going on here guys…haven’t been back for nearly a year because the food was terrible last time. Today the Alfredo was disgusting (I’m guessing past expiration or out way too long) and the beef had turned…not small errors. Local place, great atmosphere, pleasant staff…it’s a shame. If you’re catching a game, having a beer, and some fried food, it’s a great place.
