We ordered delivery. I figured I’d give them a chance to see how good delivery would be. We had ordered pizza last weekend, and for the most part it was good especially the cheese bread. We had picked up the order last week though. This time I ordered the pizza at 7:57. I called the restaurant at 8:38, since the app still showed the pizza being cooked. The person I spoke with stated the pizza was ready and the waiting on the delivery driver and essentially had been for about 20 minutes. The delivery guy came about 9pm. Essentially my $50 order was completed in 20 minutes and sitting for 40 minutes. I got the pizza that was supposed to have 2x the cheese, an additional $7 charge and there were bare spots. The cheese bread was so dry did not even fill half the box.

This is an update to my previous review. The previous review was 5 star. Since that review, the pizza and even sometimes the service has diminished. We order for movie and pizza night every Friday. Gradually, the pizza got worse. It was being delivered not all the way done. It was doughy and we had to finish cooking it at home. The double pepperoni and extra cheese was single pepperoni and hardly any cheese. The app used to have our pizza on the road for 20-25 minutes. We live on the edge of the delivery area, so I understand. All of the sudden, it started being on the road for 45-50 minutes. Apparently, they have no limit/control over how many orders a driver can take at a time. The driver told us we were the 6th stop and that’s why it took so long. So now we have undercooked, ice cold pizza and cheesy bread. Not that it matters, but we tip $10 on a $27 order.
We stopped ordering from Hungry Howies. My wife now stops and gets pizza right across the street. It’s more of a pain, but the pizza is better.

It was supposed to be half pineapple and ham and the other half ham Pepperoni and sausage and the other pizza was ham Pepperoni and sausage there was little to no ham and the day before the pizza was made perfectly when they remade the pizza it tasted funny as if someone did something to it are spit on it this the first time I had to deal with something like this

This number connected to a robot and eventually the actual store- score – oh wait no, never mind. They rerouted me to a call center elsewhere where I got to listen to the ear drum piercing hold music for two whole rotations again.
The call center receptionist was incredibly pleasant and helpful, but the background noice is intolerable. I don’t blame the individuals working, but boy am I disappointed by corporate greed.
For some reason they asked if an incorrect number was mine. I don’t love the fact that a pizza place would store phone numbers on principle, but now I’m concerned about the security of my personal information.
I’m appalled spending as much money on mediocre pizza as I did, and honestly I think it’s my civic duty to refrain from order from this chain.

I ordered 2 pizzas and a Brookie. When I got home it was utter chaos. I realized that I did not get the Brookie and filled out the survey with every intention of calling the restaurant. I called today and was told that their policy was that you had to call that day. I was rude and hung up before they could continue beating around the bush and cheating me out of my food.
Also, I gave atmosphere a 3 because there really isn’t any atmosphere. There’s just some stools and a bar that is usually full of waiting customers.

We did an online order for the first time with this address of hungry Howie’s. Hungry Howie’s is always been great to us! We experienced a little issue with our supreme pizza ( specialty pizza). The manager personally drove us a new pizza personally… I have to say this is the best online ordering experience I’ve ever had! Will definitely order from them again!
