Went into knowing that the food wasn’t premium. Food looks stale but what irritated me was that the person who just walked up got help before me when I had been standing there for several minutes. Whether it was a lack of paying attention or a gender thing I’m not sure. I did find it rude & unacceptable & left since I wasn’t getting service anyway…

Saw the boy at the counter drop my Stromboli- ask the girl at the register what to do. He then stashed it under the counter and then she picked it back up and gave it to me. I asked her to make a new one, she tried to give it to me cold. I asked her to heat it, then she told me to move. I ordered $300 worth of pizza from them the day before and I really hope o did not serve my employees food dropped on the ground at Sbarro Santa Rosa.

Go here every time I hit rosa, and the staff men are the best. But they hired a new woman, and she doesnt listen to your oder. Baked ziti was very soggy and just wet, I had to pour it out so it wouldn’t spill. Even the cheese slipped right off. First time disappointed but still have hopes.
