The food is outstanding!!! It has been many years since I have been close enough to a Jack in the box to stop by. Alexa cooked my food to perfection! Yes! first tacos in Texas was here! Gio was great and took our order right away and was very cheerful! I urge you to stop by! Great experience!!!

Worst experience! I wanted to try the new Nashville mozzarella sticks , but they had no cheese inside . I also ordered the Nashville popcorn chicken . Very small serving and I received the regular popcorn chicken with no Nashville . Lastly no Ranch for dipping. Terrible.

Pulled up at 5am 2 employs there lobby closed Sat in drive through for 10 mins with no greating or anything before driving off and seeing the employs without a head set on. This explains why so many jack in the boxes are being shut down the entier 3rd shift should be fired

I don’t know how you mess up my mozzarella stick or maybe they’re just disgusting to begin with. First, is completely hollow with nothing but breading. Then I get it half cooked and doughy. What was supposed to be the highlight of the meal was the convincing factor of me not coming back. Don’t waste your money. Just go somewhere else. I’m sure the ladies behind the counter are sweet. Terrible

I ordered online…bunch of tacos…go inside to wait…dingy and dirtiest jib I’ve ever been in…stand at counter to get a water but nobody acknowledges me so I grab a water cup. Girl comes up and says what are you doing so I said I ordered online and was gona ask for a water cup…she tells me the cup I took is too big for water…mind you I already filled it up…and gets a little plastic cup….same cost…I said do you really want to switch since I already filled this up…she says yes and takes the other cup and throws it in the trash….crazy…but so stupid it made my day for the comedic value…told her I appreciate the worst customer service I’ve ever seen and ill never be back….this place should be thankful for anyone who comes in here….never anyone in there and dirty as hell…but she made my day w how ridiculous it was.

Why be open 24 hrs if your going to make cars wait 10 min and not take their order!! then pull up to the window and you inform the guy you coax to come to the window thats that theres 3 cars waiting to order, you waited 5 min for the car ahead of you to order, then after 7 minutes drive up to window since noone tried to take your order only to be told I don’t care/ move on. – update- regional manager reached out to me and took care of this issue, went at noon 1/12/23 and staff was warm and receiving. Food was Le Jacque in da Box good- always get taco sauce with the two taco vest deal!

A couple of days ago I went in there and order food no ketchup whatsoever upon receiving my order and eat it I had to go to the hospital because the gentleman behind the cooking station put ketchup on it the person that I told I think his name is Ted or something he is a short white gentleman that tries to take care of it as of tonight when I went through there to get my makeup order which they almost poisoned me over the quote on quote very direct person that says I’m the manager I try to shake his hand he pulled it hard almost to the window and said the person I talk to is not the manager and I need to pay for my own food instead of begging again I’m in the hospitality I went to the hospital I got charged for medication also hospital visit this person is not empathetic towards anyone I was not going to do anything about this because my friend works there but as of now because of this guy on video I will be seeking legal action thank you very much for making me feel less of a person

Ordered a really big chicken sandwich meal, tacos and and egg roll and was not given my chicken sandwich and when I pulled back in and waited another 20 minutes for the two cars ahead of me I was then given the breakfast jack meal by the guy with bad teeth which again is not what I ordered

This place is a joke and the wait time is crazy. They advertise Jack’s Fan Favs for $10 but when I get to the window the employee charges me over $15. I explained to him that the sign their advertising says $10 as I show him the pictures I just took. He then tells me he doesn’t know why it says that but he would let her know, like I know who her is. Jack in the box has to do better. Most definitely will take my business elsewhere for good.
