I grew up in Greece. Worked for a pontillos that was near the mall. I have bought pizza from this place here in spencerport since 2006. Tonight a mishap happened. As a business owner myself I understand mistakes happen. We are human after all. They corrected the issue extremely fast I was very happy about that. Wasn’t expecting anything else but it was a nice gesture for sure. Pontillos does a great job and will clearly continue seeing my order. Thank you for the stellar service at all points even during mishaps. Happy new year and if I could give 10 stars I would. Great service, great people, great reputation, great follow through.

This is thin crust at best. If we were not hungry I would have brought it back. I can not believe you actually sent this out of the kitchen.

This place has quickly become a weekly staple for me. The pizzas are always a 10, and the steak subs are a new favorite of mine. Every worker goes above and beyond and I appreciate that the owner is very hands on, his love for his business shows not only in his food, but in the treatment of his customers. Highly recommended!

First I’d like to say we are fans of your slices. We had family over for football on Sunday and ordered a sheet pizza and wings. The wings were awesome. The pizza we were disappointed. We paid almost $4.00 for each topping. The topping were not plentiful at all. The pizza was under cooked and dry.

This new ownership is a disappointment. We were so worried about them changing the recipe, but thankfully the pizza is still very good, however they shortened their hours, and even still you can’t call 45 minutes before close and get someone to answer to take an order. Says they close at 10 on Friday, but don’t answer a call at 915. Lost their business to Perri’s. We live right around the corner from them and would order 1-2 times a week, and the later hours were really convenient for families who have sports and eat late. Now we will be taking our business elsewhere, and I’m sure so will many others.

The owner Tony has mastered the pizza dough. Me and a few friends have been going between Buffalo, Canada and Rochester to find good pizza. We liked some in Lockport, but it’s a little far to go when you want pizza. We found Tony’s place. OMG it’s about Time. He uses fresh ingredients and he lets his dough rise before he uses it. When you hold a slice of pizza it’s not supposed to droop. Tony has got it right. We finally found a good pizza in our county! Hos other foods are also amazing! Tony, please don’t change anything. The only thing I would do is when I order to have him and a little more sauce on the pizza. Thanks again Tony!

The pizza here is absolutely awesome! Perfectly crispy crust, delicious sauce, fresh toppings, everything was spot on. You can tell they really care about quality. This is definitely my new go-to spot for pizza. Highly recommend!

Have been multiple times since the new ownership and I have to say this is the best pizza I’ve had in Rochester and it’s not close. Great service great atmosphere overall 10/10 would highly recommend!

It’s not very often that the owner of a pizzeria handles and takes care of your order personally. Tony went over and beyond handling my daughter‘s third birthday party that we hosted at Springdale Farms. The food arrived promptly and piping hot , Not to mention, it was all absolutely delicious. They did a wonderful job, 10/10 recommend .
Toni even checked in about 30 minutes after the food arrived to make sure everything was OK, this is the epitome of Customer Service 🙂
