I remember going here as a kid! Glad to see it was reopened. Visited on a trip back home. Breakfast was hot and delicious, staff was friendly, wonderful farm themed decor, very clean and bright. Our breakfasts were delicious!

We are so glad to see this reopened. However, it needs noted that it is now called Thompson’s Diner and Dairy.
Great, locally owned diner with fresh, made to order food. This is going to be a regular breakfast location for us.
We ordered the 2 eggs and bacon and hash browns breakfast and also the German fries. Both were delicious.
The service was great. My coffee cup never got empty.

Very nice country diner. My wife had the eggs benedict with fried potatoes. Her only complaint was the hollandaise sauce was bland to her. The eggs were cooked perfectly, as the potatoes. I had fried eggs over medium no complaints, sausage patties and fried potatoes and a side of sausage gravey for the taters. We did get a side of corned beef hash that was not very traditional with green and red peppers and onion, and was a bit salty to me but I did like the flavor. My wife on the other hand didn’t like it at all. Service was great and we’ll be back, thanks Thompson’s for our breakfast.

I was thrilled to see this gem reopen! I REALLY hope they do ice cream in the summer because there are so few places to find it in the area.

This was hands down the best breakfast I had while in Ohio for a week. I wish I had found this place sooner. I had the Farmers Special. Everything wss cooked fresh. The eggs were cooked to order and the bacon was exceptional. The potatoes were also freshly sliced and fried. Meals were reasonably priced and service was friendly and efficient. The owner even came by to make sure everything was OK. This was truly a wonderful place for breakfast off the beaten path but worth the trip. I highly recommend.

Only 1 waitress, 1 hostess who was trying to help run food. They did the he best they could. But waited 30 minutes at least to get food an be another 30 minutes to get check. Then waited 20 minutes to pay. Made a reservation. So no wait to be seated. Otherwise very cute place, will go back week when in town
