This Dunkin’ only got an okay because of the snacking bacon which wasn’t crispy, they were cold and very greasy, I was also told when I ordered two Munchkins that I could only order one or three but not two, I thought that a little strange, since at other Dunkin’s I’ve been able to only ordered two Munchkins. Other than that the iced Mocha Latte was good, and the service was fast and friendly.

So, I hate even having to be such a Karen about this but the young woman at the window had the filthiest nails I have ever witnessed in my entire life….the only thing that comes close is a mechanic actively working on a car or a farmer or gardener that’s either elbow deep in an animal delivering a live birth or fist deep in the soil sans gloves. She didn’t have any gloves in either. I am just horrified and appalled because this is food service….you’re handling other people’s food and what about the managers, your staff is handling food. Hands and nails are supposed to be clean. My goodness! ♀️ ♀️

Who scheduled two new people by them self idiots. be careful some of the workers are charging more money for a coffee and telling you it went up.also there is one worker asking if you want to make a donation to the wish foundation and putting it in the tip cup they should be fired. I’ve tried to give this location a chance but literally every time I go there my order is wrong. Last time I went there I ordered a latte with whole milk….they gave me a large cup of hot milk, no coffee. This time I ordered a turkey sausage egg and cheese with white cheddar cheese instead of American. After driving away I opened the bag to find my sandwich had American cheese, which I find to be disgusting. This is the only location in my area that consistently disappoints. This was the last time for me, I’ll go to Baldwinville or just go without.

The employee attitude in this location is disgusting. They talk poorly about customers in front of other customers. Complain In front of customers how much they hate their job. Honestly there are several other locations within 5 minutes.I’ll make the drive to them from now on. On top of that they rarely make your coffee correctly

Pretty irritated with this place. I sent my daughter in to get herself breakfast. She had a $12 gift card and got a small ice coffee and 2 donuts. She came back out saying she needed another $5. $17 for a small iced coffee and 2 donuts? Rip off little girls much? They should be ashamed of themselves. I will not be going back to this dunkin donuts again.
