My order Cookies & cream hot chocolate..It looks really nice in the menu picture, but then they give you a glass with just chocolate in it. It doesn’t have any of the things the menu says it does… it’s a piece of crap.

As usual I have to stop at a Wawa if I see one . Clean restrooms are most important for me when I’m traveling, discounted gas ⛽️ when I am using Wawa app (15C/ gallon) and always hot coffee ☕️ is something very usual for any Wawa store.

My young son became ill 24 hours after eating there. Vomiting, diarrhea and fever of 101.5. This isn’t a case of food poisoning, it’s an employee sanitation issue, because now my daughter is sick, having contracted the illness from her brother (they ate completely different meals.) I KNOW Wawa is the source of the illness, because my children are homeschooled and we hadn’t been anywhere in public in 7 days. Check your employees and their sanitation skills, please. Ridiculous.

Love the service at most Wawa but not a fan here. Annnnnd today was my very first time trying their pizza . It’s burn. My son makes me stop here because he wasn’t to try the Wawa pizza. To my surprise. I pick it up, drive home and here’s the Wawa pizza. Not good and lose of money (they don’t even ask you if you will like your receipt anymore) so I think I can return it to the store.

I do not blamed Wawa but I do blamed the managers and staff at the Location on N 11th St In Reading PA. This is the worst Wawa At Berks county. The Employees are always smoking por at the back parking lot and always mad at their job. This location is always dirty and I mean it. The whole parking lot is filthy with trash all over. The inside is even worse. They do not clean their coffee station or drinks station. They never Wash their hands and they all are always on a very disrespectful mood. If you ask anything they will provide you with an attitude. From management to the whole staff. Their bathroom is worse then those in prison and the food is always cold and not the way it should be. I will never go back to this Wawa location NEVER. if you need to go and enjoy anything from Wawa go ahead and hit the one at West Reading and you will see the difference on every single Conner.
