We were on a little getaway trip and saw this place close by. Not sure how busy jazz night would be, we made a reservation. Being 7 months pregnant, I requested a low seat and they did not disappoint with getting us in padded chairs right in front of the music. They only had one person working the bar and floor, so service wasn’t super speedy, but it allowed us to just enjoy the music and evening. The food overall was really tasty and I appreciated they locally source. We walked out relaxed having enjoyed some nice music and delicious food.

One of the most beautifully appointed venues in the Driftless. The menu is highly creative featuring local beer, wines, meats and cheeses and the service is attentive without being intrusive. Music on the main stage as well as the patio is awesome. The owners have thoughtfully curated a schedule featuring area musicians. There is a schedule of events that ranges from cooking demonstrations to artist’s receptions. Ample parking, the restrooms are well appointed (it was reported to me that the toilet seats in the Women’s room are heated!) making this a delightful way to spend an evening.

We went to see some music and had a delicious meal. We ordered the Ominvore which was almost all gluten friendly except for the brie bites. This was a new menu. Then we ordered the crostini flight. Loved the hot honey. Both were served over a bed of spinach. High end bathrooms with real hand towels and heated seats. Will be back again for more music and food.

What a gem for Prarie. We had the Carnivore Flight and everything was amazing. The bacon is the best we’ve ever had. Shauna cooked the tenderloin perfectly to our specification. We love the fact that the Drake uses locally sourced products. Danielle took the time to educate us on their back story. Check it out for yourself.
