My fiance and I were looking for a seafood restaurant that was opened off season. I gave them a call and a cheerful voice said we are always open! We arrived to find a small bright yellow building and I had misgivings about what the food would be like. That was quickly dispelled when our order arrived to our table. The dogwood sandwich was the tallest that I’ve ever seen and oh my…the crab cake was the size of a softball. It was all crab meat, lightly seasoned with no filler. We could not eat it all and left with definite plans to return again. Give this place a try..you will not be disappointed.

It’s been a long time since I visited Cobb Island and I decided to go to this restaurant. The Crab Cake Sandwich was amazing! It was huge and also ordered the soft shell crab and steak and cheese sandwiches. The food is amazing and atmosphere is quite relaxed with music. I definitely be coming back again!

Omg! What a gem! You will enter for a meal and not want to leave for days, between the cozy atmosphere, friendly service, and (oh!) the softball-sized, no filler crab cake they are known for. The Goldrush chicken breast-ham-bacon sandwich is to die for, too. Fries are hot and fresh, coleslaw crisp, and onion rings are slivered rings of heaven. Enjoy!

This is an awesome little place! We only discovered it because the Ledos pizza was closed. The place is great, awesome food and the service was friendly and top-notch. And they weren’t kidding when they named the club ‘you won’t leave hungry scuttlebutt club’. We will be back and be hungry for more.

A fresh crafted, jumbo lump crabcake sandwich, fries and a cold drink on a hot day is “another day in paradise” in my book. The rockfish sandwich also impressed, overflowing with expertly fried, light and airy fish stacked high. Friendly service and the food came out quickly, but not too quickly for us to take a moment to enjoy the view of the marina. A wonderful daytime date spot!

Have to say … pleasantly surprised! Comfortable. Adorable outside patio with great marina-type view. Super nice server, Kip. Most impressive? The BEST pulled pork I ever ate! Kudos to the chef!! Do not miss the opportunity to try it!!! Wonderful!!

Came here as a halfway point to a bike ride. I almost didn’t review the place it was so good. Humble brag I’m not that selfish. Get the fried corn fritters.( This is a command) The corn fritters were fried in the outside. But it was moist on the inside. The white stuff is what I call kitchen cocaine, (confectioners sugar) this thing gives me big funnel cake energy. But with the new world rizz that has the sweet cream corn speaking seductively to your tongue.
The server was great he anticipated our needs before we did. (I wish he could do my taxes) I don’t think I had an uncomfortable moment at this establishment. The people were nice . The service was good.
Initially we wanted the soft shell crab sandwich or a crab cake but they were out. So we “settled” for a fried rockfish sandwich. They must have scientists for a chef…it was perfectly fried. I
The fried could have been better..they were thin …But how dare I come to the end of this beautiful journey only to complain about the fries. 9.5/10 Good seafood executed to perfection. Service lacked nothing. ( I may have written this dramatically. But I had a great experience)

First time visitor today and WOW. Crab cake as big as my head. Fantastic! We sat outside which was perfect on an early Fall Sunday. Great and friendly service. We’ll be back!!!!!
