Every time I order to the hospital, every single time, they deliver cold pizza to a place they aren’t told to. They don’t tell me where they abandoned my food. I have to go looking for it. They are dismissive about 20-40 dollars for cold food at best, rude at worst. I have never gotten an apology. It has never changed. I really must stop ordering Papa John’s.

I ordered online thinking it would give them plenty of time to make our pizzas. Came to pickup my pizzas 25mins after I ordered. Came in and Nope, they are working on it. Sure, I’ll wait. Then I received a text message 5 mins later saying it ready. Went back in and no only one was ready and was told to wait another 6 mins. So that means they didn’t even have it made when I got there. Oh and it still wasn’t ready until a total of 45 mins after I ordered online. They did try and offer a dessert free or 2 liter..which no didn’t make up for it to me. Not even the $4 discount. My Hawaiian pizza didn’t have bacon ..well at least that we could see. I also shouldn’t have watched them send out a door dash order that was my big pizza, I’ve know she wasn’t waiting 25 mins for her order but she sure got hers before I got mine. Doordash is really good about sending orders within 2-3mins of being ordered to their drivers….I’ve done it!

I ordered to go, while ordering Jeremy seemed rushed and didn’t want to help with anything… I asked for Parmesan cheese packets to come with my pizza which is being delivered he answered$0.10 a pack. I declined. Won’t recommend this Papa John’s to anyone. I just hope it’s hot when it gets here.. normally I love Papa John’s..

I’ve always had the best service at this Papa John’s. Fast, easy, just the way I like a lot of things in this life. I don’t know maybe when the dead awake in some sick apocalyptic scenario you’ll find me at this Papa John’s eaten fresh Pizza, and drinking a cold beer. Even though they don’t serve alcoholic beverages if they did well, I’d probably move next-door. Because if there’s two things in this life, I love its pizza and beer. What I’m trying to say is is that Papa John’s is the best pizza in town and if you don’t agree, well I understand. It’s hard to be wrong all the time but here we are…

First time ordering delivery here, I’m a truck driver and I was outside of town stuck so they brought me my dinner, pizza was good, service was fast and friendly. They forgot my extra order of peppercinis, but I’m not going to call them and ask them to bring them out here because that’s just crazy. It’s 8 miles from the store….

I ordered a half cheese half pepperoni large pizza, because it was on special last night. I was surprised when I got it and it was all pepperoni. We also had to wait at the window for about 5 minutes because there was only one person working and he was in the bathroom. The pizza was good but it was suppose to be half and half but it was made all pepperoni. Also, I would say 1/3 of the pizza was undercooked and raw, so I had to throw it away. I’ve ordered here before and this was also a problem, undercooked pizzas seem to be a common problem here.

Wanted to treat myself with a pizza , saw Papa John’s on TV. So I ordered a medium pepperoni with extra pepperoni, sausage with extra sausage, black olives with extra olives, with anchovies and jalapenos. What I got for $29.88 less $3.00 tip no extra anything, nothing like TV that’s for sure, I have learned just not to trust what you ordered or what you see on TV. Aldi’s pizza large for $7 would have been much better. Won’t order any more.

Ordered a pepperoni pizza for pickup was trying to feed a car full of hungry kids got there paid for the pizza make it to Tecumseh to see that some of the pepperoni was black and hair on the pizza grease bled through the bottom of the box on to the seats the kids said that it was hard I ended up taking them to McDonald’s this establishment isn’t the best by any means don’t waste your time there are frozen pizza that are better than this location
