The food. The service. The atmosphere. Omg…. this place is definitely a must try if you have not been. The sauce sooooooo tasty. The house salad was gone before I took the picture. The house italian dressing superb. The pasta. The sauce. The meatballs. I had the Italian stallion which had stuffed shells. Ravioli and pasta. The meatballs have been my love to always have. The wings very reasonable. I stuck with what I had way back in the day which were Buffalo Parm. Skin crispy. Sauce to die for. And the pizza. Small cheese and pep and loaded with love and flavor.

My husband and I were looking for something different, but locally owned. We decided on Ringside. We walked in with no expectations. We were warmly greeted and seated. We went with 10 wings each, $1/wing. I had Cajun, my husband had buffalo. We also ordered a bacon chicken ranch pizza. Wow. Everything was so good. The wings were crispy, but not overcooked. The pizza was full of toppings and very tasty. Overall, A+ for food. My only critique was it was a bit cool in there. We’ll definitely be back.

Overall a very cute local restaurant with extremely friendly service and decent food.

Service is great. The staff are the nicest people. They are attentive and helpful people. Really not much more I can ask for.

The restaurant is nice enough. It appears somewhat old but this is probably a style choice. It’s a bit dark inside and accents are very wooden. It is not very large inside. There are maybe 12 tables, and most seat 2 or 3 people. The bar is on a raised platform with a small number of seats. The theming is entirely based on Erie boxing, which is about as unique as you can get. No one else is doing this kind of restaurant here. It attracts a friendly crowd as well.

Food was pretty good. The meat ravioli I had was 14.95 dollars. Portion sizes are large. Food came within 15 minutes of ordering, which feels appropriate if not fast. The ravioli was cooked acceptably. The meatball was a bit firm but fine.

Many of the options are much cheaper with sub and sandwich options under 10$. The value over all is pretty decent given rising prices at most restaurants.

I would recommend this place if you want a cute, casual local place with interesting history.

The antipasto salad is not only the best I’ve had in Erie, but the best I’ve EVER had! I have never in my lifetime encountered a better toppings to lettuce ratio. There is literally, no chance you will eat a bite of iceberg lettuce without some sort of meat or cheese to compliment it.

If you are within 50 miles from here it’s a great spot. Excellent food and incredible portions. Easily the best bread on the Stromboli and the Meatball & cheese. 10/10

Nice place. A lot of Erie and boxing memorabilia lines the walls. We had very good food and the portions were generous. The menu contains a lot of selections – it hasn’t been paired down to just a few items the way so many restaurants are doing now. According to my kids, the kid’s pizza and cheeseburger were great and just the right size. The turkey and cheese sub was on a really fabulous bun – toasted and warm and the tomato and lettuce were cold which is the way you would want it. The strips of chicken on the salad were tender and tasty. The service was really nice, attentive and friendly, and even though we arrived before they opened at 3, they invited us to come in anyway. All in all a nice lunch experience. I hadn’t been there in a number of years but I’m sure glad we stopped.

This food is terrible. Definitely not fresh…just flavorless frozen food. And the Italian wedding soup is basically just chicken fat and veggies floating in inedible “broth”.
