We came in when they opened. The young lady was friendly and so was the young man. She made us feel welcomed. She explained the menu soup for the day and the option to try a soup before we made a choice. We got an onion soup and chicken and dumplings with rolls. Both soup were hot and tasted amazing. I would suggest they warm the bread alittle. They also have frozen and chilled soup in the coolers for pick up. They offer a variety of drinks like.

My first time coming to this shop, I had the Lunch special soup and sliders.( pasta fagioli and egg salad sliders) the pasta fagioli was a bit bland and thick for my liking however the egg sliders were delicious! Price was moderate and atmosphere was cute “rustic chic” vibes, service was helpful.
They offer a bar of condiments to make your item more to your taste.

Took my wife out for soup today at the store in West Melbourne. When I walked in and saw the menu, thought I had driven to Disney and was in Fantasy Land. Really…$14.99 for a BLT sandwich…a HALF sandwich. This was the first choice on the sandwich menu. Decided to skip the sandwich for either of us, but ordered Chicken Noodle Soup, bowl size. Help me!! To say it was bland would be too much…and at $9.99 each!? I’m done. Won’t be back. Won’t recommend unless to recommend going elsewhere to eat.

OMG!!! How did I not know this restaurant existed??? Just took my Mom for lunch after her PT and just absolutely blown away by the menu! Tiffany was so informative about each soup and we tried at least 7 of them. EVERYONE of the soups were delicious . The Maryland crab was creamy and tasted like Maryland cream of crab. The black bean soup, split pea with ham, dragon soup, and so many more were deliciously made. Also chicken salad and egg salad sandwiches definitely homemade. They also offer frozen and refrigerated soups in multiple take out sizes. Thank you Tiffany for making my Moms first trip out after surgery such a wonderful experience.
P.S. Veteran owned business ♥️

We love the Soup Shop. We are so glad they opened in Palm Bay. We’ve been going to their location on Wickham Rd in Melbourne for many years. It’s so nice that we don’t have to travel so far now to get their delicious soups. Today we had one of their lunch specials that included a half sandwich, soup & a drink. A great deal! They have other lunch specials & have salads now too.

My first time here and I am so impressed with this place! Unbelievably clean and organized. I sampled a few soups, and they were all amazing. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I can just so recognize and appreciate all the care that has obviously gone into this restaurant. Will definitely be back to support this business.

I’m mortified that the ciabatta bread has mold on it. And I’m very confused why the ‘chicken with noodles or rice’ has neither.

Soup in a thimble is approximately $13 probably from Sysco (absolutely no flavor) and oyster crackers were stale. The only great thing about this place is the super friendly staff. Will never be back! What a let down!

My husband accidentally ran across the Palm Bay Rd. Shop and just the aroma made him smile . He went in and got a menu to bring home and told me we have to check this place out!
Went last Friday, absolutely Awesome from the Staff and service to the Soups ‼️
I only gave a 4 star on food because my chicken and dumplings recipe is my Grandma’s recipe , but it was pretty close .
Definitely found a new lunch date place!
