We found a new pizza joint here in East #NaplesFL that does legit thin-crust Chicago style pizza, complete with the traditional tavern cut. Brand new place called Mother Trucker’s and it is 1.2 miles from my house.
I got a sausage pizza. My 21YO got a plain cheese. These were both terrific.
The only complaint was that the sausage pizza could have had more sausage. What sausage there, though, was excellent spicy Italian sausage.

What a treat! This place is awesome! Amazing food, super friendly staff, and great atmosphere. We chose to sit outside and enjoy the sun starting to set. Snacked on Vienna dogs and polish sausages while waiting for our Chicago deep dish to cook. We can’t wait to dig into that zaaaa later. The car smells so good.

Went for the Chicago deep dish pizza and it did not disappoint. It takes about 30 mins from the time you order so make sure you aren’t in a rush. The sauce was delicious and it was really filling. We split it in three and we had leftovers. We also tried the Italian sausage sandwich which was great. The staff is also incredibly friendly. Highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back.

Margarita pizza was to die for! Service was fast, store was clean. Once y’all figure out an easier flow to the in store ordering when it’s busy, y’all are gonna kill it! Oh yes I will be back!!!

Being from Chicago, I wanted to love this place but I didn’t. My husband and I tried several things and everything was mediocre at best. From the pizza not being cooked thoroughly and lacking flavor, to a Chicago beef bun being toasted so much nearly cutting your mouth (if you’re from Chicago you know that don’t toast your roll for a beef, it comes dry or wet), to the Chicago hot dog lacking flavor. Just terrible, I won’t be back.
Go to Beefstro’s if you want a true Chicago beef or Chicago dog, they will never disappoint.

Really wanted to like this place as we all waited over a year for it to open. Even gave them three tries.
First time for pizza. Ehh. Not bad, but not really good and being from Chicago, I was surprised.
Second time for my favorite Chicago Hot Dogs. Not a Chicago hot dog besides the looks of it.
Third time for a gyro. Burnt gristle. Took one bite at home and threw it away.
All three times I went, my order was messed up as well.
I really want these guys to do well. Hopefully they were just working out the bugs and are getting better with time. I haven’t been back in a few months.
I hope they can get it together. I hate it when restaurants say Authentic Chicago, Authentic NY, Authentic Philly and are just not. Leaves a lot of room for disappointment from people who are actually from these places. Just say Chicago Style, Philly Style, etc.
I really want them to get better, hopefully they will!

I’ve driven past this place a couple of times, but started hearing all of the raving reviews and decided to stop for a late lunch. Hands down one of the best Italian beef sandwiches I’ve ever had. My wife had a white pizza, and she went over and thanked the guys in the kitchen because it was the best she’s had. This will definitely be one of our ‘gotta go’ places here in Naples
