Mars Kitchen is an absolute gem. The food was delicious, full of flavor, and tasted like it was made with real care and love. The customer service was excellent from start to finish I genuinely felt welcomed the moment I walked in. What really stood out to me was the owner. Finding out he’s of Caribbean descent instantly made me feel at home, like I was being taken care of by an uncle. That kind of warmth and authenticity is rare and makes the whole experience even better.
This is a great establishment, and honestly, all of Broward County needs to come check it out. I’ll definitely be back.

I’ve had the pleasure of a casual dining at Mars Kitchen located in North Lauderdale. From its wide menu we selected fried chicken with fries from amongst It’s delectable dishes and ice cold soft drinks. Everyone in our party of six enjoyed their freshly prepared meals. We were surprised they had cold refreshing sugarcane juice. Overall, our experience has been very pleasant and enjoyable. We will definitely return in the future. I highly recommend Mars Kitchen as a choice place for casual dining or lunch. The atmosphere was quiet and the staff, friendly and welcoming. Enjoy!!!

I’ve been to this place twice so far. On my first visit, I ordered the chicken patties. I was told the wait would be about 10–15 minutes, but it ended up taking closer to 20–25 minutes. On my second visit, I arrived right at opening time (11:00 AM), but the restaurant didn’t actually open until 11:30. This time I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and three chicken patties (I originally wanted beef, but they were out of stock). The wait was about 30 minutes.
The chicken patties tasted great, though one of them wasn’t fully crusted on the back. The spicy chicken sandwich had good flavor, but I wasn’t aware that the “spicy” came from a sauce rather than a spicy fillet. Also, I wasn’t told that toppings like lettuce, tomato, cheese, onions, and pickles would each be an extra charge until I inquired myself.
Overall, the atmosphere is really nice and welcoming—the place is clean, nicely decorated, and the food itself is delicious Alhamdulilah. However, the service could definitely improve. There needs to be better transparency about wait times, menu details, and any additional charges so customers know exactly what to expect. I’d recommend going there if you’re looking for good halal food, but be prepared to wait a bit In Sha’ Allah.

Ordered a smash burger, 10 piece, and some sides. Everything tasted great, even my kids who are usually picky eaters ate the chicken down to the bone. The best part is everything is hand slaughtered! Will be back again Inshallah!

I’ve had food at almost every fry chicken spot in Broward and was excited to try this one based on some of the good reviews. This was a BIG disappointment and a waste of money. Cold, dry, underseasoned, tastless chicken. People are spending hard earned money to support these establishments only to be sold absolute garbage. Are these reviews organic or from friends and family trying to big them up? Kings Original and Daves Hot chicken will put this establishment to shame so put that in yuh pipe and smoke it.
