This pizza brought me back to life today! I stopped by to grab a couple slices, and the person who helped me was a great vibe. But most importantly, the pizza was amazing.
I got the noble and the bard. The hint of sweetness of the bard was next level.
It’s a rainy, cool day but there was lots of covered seating with fire pits, so very comfy.

Amazingly consistent and amazingly good. Also? Amazingly friendly.
The folks here never disappoint, are always on top of cooking times, and go out of their way to get to know their customers a little. Plus the crust is good hot, cold, and the next day. Enhance your crust!
Oh, and get the Noble 50/50 with the Druid.

Five of us shared Druid pie and a mushroom, onion and half pepperoni pie, along with two arugula salads. The pies were fresh and soo tasty! Try the homemade ranch dressing on the pizza and there will be no looking back. The salads were as visually appealing as they were fresh and delicious. There was leftover pizza and salad. It was a fun atmosphere. I would highly recommend this pizza!

If I absolutely had to pick a favorite pizza in Portland I really might choose this one. Lovely thin crust but also a good amount of chew, ample toppings and good price. You won’t be disappointed!

(4.3/5) I am absolutely a sucker for wood fired pizza and this food cart is no exception. I’ve had it a couple times now and has consistently been one of the best pizza joints in Portland. I’ve also tried the vegan pizza as well and it is also some of the best in the city.
I would recommend ordering ahead to avoid a 15-20 minute wait but you can also easily go next door and have a beer while you wait.

Paladin, the neighborhood wood fire pizza food cart of my dreams, has amazing crust, always delicious pizza cooked to perfection in a wood fire oven, and the nicest customer service. Dev greets me by first name every time, making my dining experience truly special. I love this place!

Paladin Pie is hands-down my favorite pizza place in Portland, at least for thin crust! (shoutout to Wild Child for an amazing Detroit-style) Paladin Pie is truly fantastic, and definitely recommend this place to everyone for great pizza and go out of my way to get this when my family is in town– easily a crowd pleaser! And the crust… OMG. Delicious, crispy, sourdoughy crust. All their creative pizza flavors are spot on. The Druid, Red Dragon, The Cleric… all AMAZING. But I hold a special place in my heart for the Jazz Cabbage AKA kimchi bacon with sharp cheddar (which I hope they’ll bring back soon!). Good god, it’s good. We love it so much that we tried to recreate it ourselves at home. We purchased their dough for just $2, and the owner was so kind and gave us all the pro-tips on how to they make their kimchi bacon pizza and the best methods cooking it at home!! Super nice and cleary passionate about amazing pizza (same ). Also, they kill it with Portland Pizza Week every year (their 2k22 birria pizza had me in a state of pure bliss and reevaluate everything I thought I knew about pizza). The unnecessary length of this review alone speaks to my fiery passion I have for Paladin Pie, so do yourself a favor and go here!!!!

i *love* this place. they have the best pizza in portland and i love the friendly and professional staff. i’ve seen them offer free pizza to a grub hub driver who had to wait for an order. they’re just a really community-oriented bunch of people who care about and put love into the food they’re making. and they’re very kid friendly and dog friendly !! they often have experimental and delicious fun specials and all their pizzas are handmade and baked in a wood fired pizza oven. please do yourself a favor and get a whole pizza cuz one slice WILL NOT SUFFICE!
