This place is in desperate need of some adult supervision. They only had one employee on the grill. The other two employees were doing something in the back for about 10 minutes. I stood at the register for about 10 minutes. The guy on the grill didn’t say a word to me. When the second employee came up to take my order. He was rude. He got my order wrong. When I corrected him he got an attitude. Then he just walked off, without saying a word. After, I paid with the card I had to grab my own receipt off the register. The subs were cooked well.

Ordered food. It wasn’t correct told the employee it wasn’t correct he argued with me and didn’t remake the food. Sandwich was supposed to be only mayo. With a food allergy I cannot eat it now. $10 wasted.

Stopped in on 8/20 at 430pish. One guy there who never took my order. He was making someone else’s sandwich, but can you at least take my order or acknowledge me? Waited over ten minute for him to finish and he still wasn’t done, so I left. Guy working probably didn’t care.

Just stood in line all by myself at the register for 22 minutes until the employee who was on break decided to take my order. There was one employee on the cooking line just staring at me. I waited and waited. It seems they only take one order cook it. serve it then when that order is out. Take the next. As I’m waiting for my food. I’m watching this repeat itself.

I go to Charleys every time I go to the BX. It is tradition that my daughter and I share a meal. Well at 4pm on this Sunday they were only making sandwiches. No more fries for the rest of the day cause they were cleaning out their fryer then no more fries even when they are done. Thoroughly disappointed!! Cleaning out the fryer should be done during closing, not 3 hours prior. Very poor practice guys.

I waited 10 minutes (nobody in front of me or behind me AND two people working) to order. Than an additional 20 minutes for my cheese fries. The cheese wasn’t warm in the slightest. I only get a 30 minute lunch break. These fries were far from worth it. I’ll stick to Starbucks and ANYWHERE else since I can get both in half the time it took today!

Really good food and amazing prices, I only give them a 4 star rating because I feel like every other time I go the cashier and grill cook give a “I’m so over this” attitude. But at least they still do the job Well!
