What a fun place – loved the atmosphere and it being attached to the mercantile.
Really enjoyed the Mushroom Swiss Burger and my husband enjoyed his Chicken Fried Steak. Disregard the slice in the pic – took it after he started.
Server was super friendly and fun (Lindsey).

Good food with a great atmosphere! We were driving in the area and found this place open until 10 PM. Very friendly staff with plenty of seats available. They even have an area for kids! The food was delicious and we enjoyed everything we ordered! Absolutely recommended if you are in the area!

The staff was great! Food was incredible! The cream cheese stuffed bacon-wrapped jalapeno burger was out of this world!! If you are passing through definitely do not miss stopping. They have live music and an awesome outdoor patio with games and a bar.

Loved this place! The food was great, the service was good. Pet friendly area outside. Tables with games inside. Full bar. Nothing but good things. The poppers are a must (bigger than o thought, 3 were more than enough for 2 of us) if you like a little spice with a twist (shrimp in the cream cheese mixture) give it a try, you won’t be disappointed. Vanessa was great!

Fabulous experience. The waitress was kind and patient offering our kiddos a space to play while we waited for our food. I ordered the birria tacos and they were amazing. Highly recommend. A great stop as we were passing through.

This place is just cool all around. Our server was worth the bill itself. The food just made you want more it was so good. I had the spinach bacon turkey melt and I highly recommend it. Great atmosphere. If we ever in this area again will definitely be back here for something new.

I truly cannot say enough good things about The Stokehouse. They did an amazing job handling every single detail of my husband’s surprise party and made the entire process so easy and stress-free. The service, atmosphere, and food were incredible! It was a huge added bonus for my out of town family to be able to stay right upstairs at the Whistle Stop Lofts, having everything in one place made the night even more special. We are so lucky to have a place like this right here in Walsenburg! I highly recommend you try it out for your special occasions or just a fun night out!

I had a server by the name of Donovan Jones who was absolutely amazing to me and my family but the food was very overcooked. Even tho our food was sub par Mr. Donovan made sure we had a great experience. Please do better with yalls product. And the fact that you released him against his will was a total fumble and bad move on your part and I will not be returning or recommending your establishment to anyone.
