Such authentic Thai food. We were pleasantly surprised and glad to find this hidden gem.
We were seated immediately on a December Saturday afternoon for lunch. The Tom Kha soup, Pad Kee Mao and Curry Fried Rice were just perfect at spice level 4. They also have aquariums with turtles and fishes inside. The service was so friendly and warm. It is family owned and they really care about serving fresh flavorful Thai food.

Good food. The chicken satay was super tough. I didn’t eat all of them. The were rather dry. The pad see lew tofu was really yummy and the portion was really nice! Plenty of veggies and tofu. The flavor was on point and not salty. Service was fast and friendly. The place was clean and the prices were fair for where it is and what I was getting. The restaurant was clean and contemporary. It’s a place I’d go back to but not for the chicken satay.

I had an amazing experience at Ploy Thai Bistro! From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was warm and inviting. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure our needs were met throughout the meal. The food was absolutely delicious – bursting with authentic flavors and beautifully presented. The Phad Thai was perfectly balanced with just the right amount of spice, and the Ploy’s Fried Rice was flavorful, with a perfect kick. The portions were generous, and the freshness of the ingredients was undeniable. I also loved the variety on the menu, offering something for everyone. Highly recommend this spot for anyone craving authentic Thai cuisine! I’ll definitely be coming back soon.

I highly recommended this place!
We ordered pad thai & panyang curry. (There is a $3 extra charge for beef or shrimp protein options)
Pad thai, the color looked mild so I didnt expect that much. But the taste is crazy. Its one of the best pad thai ever. Maybe some people think it is a bit sweet, but I felt that it is the perfect taste.
For panyang curry, it is okay. Nothing crazy, but just fine. It has some spices or herbs, but that was a bit too strong, so the flavor didnt go well together, but still fine.
The staff was very kind and nice. They also sold some cute bag and key rings. Also, there were many people visiting there by themselves and enjoying. Nice place overall, I love to visit there again!

We love Ploy Thai and always enjoy their food and service. Tony used to cook at Thai Ginger in Factoria and it’s just as good if not better than when I would enjoy it there! Stop in!! We love it!

I am new to thai food but have tried several places now and I keep coming back to this one. The family that runs the restaurant are always nice and even when they are packed (they are always busy it seems) they maintain consistent food and great flavors with good customer service. We have been eating here for over a year and its always delicious. Their spice ratings are standard and consistent, if you want it hot you get it, but if you don’t there is no problem, my kids devour the pad thai.

A Friday afternoon and we were seated quickly and served just as quick. Food was fresh, delicious and the exact right amount for my husband and I. His yellow curry was creamy and spiced just right and I loved my crispy chicken. The staff were genuinely friendly and attentive and I loved watching the red ear sliders(turtles) swimming. ❤️ We were on a 6 hour road trip at this point and still had more distance to cover so this was a pleasant stop for us.

Perfect portions for good price.
Staff friendly and efficient. Food very tasty and nice, simple presentation. 2 star heat was on point for wife but I added a little extra and pretty sure got my chicken pad thai to 3 or 4 star. Iced thai tea with coconut milk paired perfectly. Peanut sauce with chicken satay was very good as well.

Genuinely some of the best thai I’ve had in Washington. Spent $200 on a meal at a restaurant in Seattle expecting my mind to be blown…
$40 lunch at Ploy was better than that meal. Tons of Gluten Free options for my fellow gluten challenged people.

Honest opinion, I can not understand how the rating is so high. The potatoes in masamman curry are not fully cooked. My husband ordered a medium spice, and the flavor is below mild. The tom yum koon was sweet but not flavorful. Missing galangah and lemongrass, which are key ingredients for this soup. The basil ground chicken was alright, but overall, these dishes did not sear to a high wok temperature. So the food taste mediocre thai for us. The best rating is 2-3.
