The burger was amazing, and the customer service was quick and lovely. I always get sweet potato fries, and a mushroom and swiss burger. So I was pleasantly surprised when i found the Aiea burger, with both those things on it. Best burger on the island that isn’t home made, in my opinion.

My mom is in town from the mainland and she said this place has the best burgers. They are a little pricey, however they do give discounts with id card and points for each order and those points can be used to take off money on next order. Food is great and their shakes are the best.

I thought I was going to leave a positive review here for the Ewa store, but I guess not.
I had purchased a burger and the tater tots from the Aiea store yesterday (prices went up a bit since the last time I visited; it cost me almost $18 for just one burger and a large side order of tater tots) – it wasn’t until I got home that I saw it didn’t have ANY cheese on the tater tots, which is the first time I’ve seen them like that. I was a regular customer at the Aiea store until a couple of years back ago, after Teddy’s started franchising and the quality of their food started to dip significantly during my last five visits, so I decided to stop going for a while until they sort themselves out.
So the manager at the Aiea store said I’d get my meal for free – both the burger and the tater tots – from the Ewa store since I now live closer to the Ewa store’s location. I just went and picked it up and saw there was no cheese on the tater tots AGAIN – I don’t know if this is a thing now and they just don’t include it anymore or what, since again this is the first time going to Teddy’s in a while. The girl at the register brought it up with another girl who was in the back, and she said I was only supposed to get the sandwich – when the complaint was because of the tater tots to begin with! She ended up giving a small cup of the cheese sauce that barely covered half of the tots. The quality of their food seems to have gone back to normal (both stores provided a good burger) but I’m very displeased with the customer service and probably won’t be buying from the Ewa Beach Teddy’s store.

Got the Beyond Burger. First time eating here not sure what to expect. I was amazed of the size of the burger but the price was also big after I added a few things. I payed about 17

All of the staff greats you as soon as you enter the door. It always puts a smile on my face. Everyone is super friendly and burgers are delicious. I always get the regular burgers and they ask how you would like your burger (medium-well done etc). All the food is delicious and pricier but the food is fresh, and prepared to your order. Highest quality of ‘fast food’ places I have been to in a long time.

Not all the Teddy’s are the same, and this one has yet to let me down!
We probably could debate who has the best burgers but the reality is its really a matter of taste. 5Gs makes an awesome burger, but Teddy’s is right on par with their freshness. However I prefer Teddy’s sauce and buns over 5Gs.
I like this one because it’s clean, decent parking, and great staff…. And of course I really like their burgers!

Burgers are always great. It’s a LOT of food though so if you have an average appetite one meal will be enough for 2. The garlic seasoned fries are fantastic! Service at this location in Ewa Beach was terrific!

Been having trouble finding a decent burger place on the island. This is the best so far. No bathroom at this location so kind of pain in the butt specially if you have kids. Patty was tasty and they cooked it exactly how I ordered it which doesn’t always happen nowadays. Good thick-cut fries, Shake was pretty dang tasty as well.

The first time I reviewed this location the food was made well the wait wasnt horribly long. After the past year of coming back at random times, lunch – dinner hours. I can safely say something at this location has changed drastically for the worst. I have experienced the following over the past 4 months here: restaurant wait times of 56 min for a grilled cheese and Hawaiian burger. Given rotten toppings, lettuce, tomatoes, and as of tonight a black and yellow avocado on a burger. When the burger was returned the staff looked at me like there was no problem. Avocado when yellow and black are rotten! And taste rotten what a nasty surprise. This location needs better staffing and cooks who pay attention to what they are doing. This location unfortunately become a place I will never patron ever again.

I gave 3 stars mainly because the service I received at the Ewa Beach Location. If I were rating strictly for the food I would give 4 stars. Last year I ordered food and they made a mistake on my order so I had to drive back to return in. The person in charge at that time took it back but did not really see nothing wrong with making a mistake on my order, almost as if I was bothering him. They did correct my order, and offered me a discount coupon for the next time I come back, and even that gesture seemed like here’s a coupon to shut you up. What bothered me was when I came back about a week or two later, and the same people were in charge they obviously recognized me from before and all of them I mean all of them ran into the kitchen and started snickering and staring at me with not a very pleasant stare, and they wouldn’t stop, they kept whispering into each other’s ear and laughing and looking at me. They looked mostly like young teenager workers. I still patronize Teddy’s other locations and never had a problem with service, and their food is always excellent, but the service at Ewa Beach can use some improvement. I did bring this up with the manager and the owner, so I”m hoping it has been addressed. The incident I experienced happened one year ago, I just happen to write this review because I am planning to go there today and buy some shakes, and I had to look up the store hours and saw that there were some Google reviews.
