This is the last time I will order from Papa John’s. I order delivery because I don’t drive due to a serious medical condition. I was looking forward to having their new pan pizza, don’t waste your money half the pizza didn’t have cheese, it only comes in medium so I ordered cheese sticks also they were over cooked very disappointing! It’s the last time I will ever order Papa John’s.

dont get delivery. literally $35 wasted. pizza had no crust in the middle so they filled it was extra cheese to cover it up. very disappointed lol entire pizza had little to no crust on bottom. picture was how it came. driver was really nice, again just disappointing.

Put in order for 5 p at 330 p and it wasn’t ready and they hadn’t even started excuse was they had an order for 15 pizzas I feel like this was plenty of time to have this ready or send a text that it would be delayed. Just canceled it and went to little Caesar’s instead. Next time will be going to Pizza Hut, monster pizza, or pizza king for my pizza. Also the pizza at little Caesar’s was better than I thought it would be and like half the price.

The pizza was a little dry, I don’t know if it was a lack of sauce, cheese, or both. Also, the crust didn’t have the best flavor. Overall, it is a typical chain pizza.
The jalopeno mozzerla bites were good. Again, the dough left some to be desired, though. Service was friendly, fast, and good.

When ordering from Papa John’s in Decatur tonight, the staff was extremely rude. We ordered from them a week ago and they honored a military discount of 50%. So upon ordering today, we asked for the military discount instead of clipping any coupons since that is what they honored last week. The girl who was running the register was extremely rude and responded “we JUST had a conversation and we aren’t doing that anymore”. She refused to give any coupons and had an annoyed tone the entire time we picked up pizza. We then called to speak with a manager, which the same girl at the front register answered, and proceeded to HANG UP on us after my husband politely asked to speak with a manager and to leave his contact info so they could call him back after they slowed down for the night. No call back was ever made. We brought the receipt back and asked if they’d at least honor their carry out 1 topping pizza special or their BOGO 1 topping pizza special since we paid $135 for a handful of pizzas and didn’t clip a coupon since we were expecting the 50% military discount since they honored it LAST WEEK. They said “nope. We don’t honor anything”. Absolutely disrespectful employees. We were kind the entire time and they had a snappy tone, not willing to talk to us, and were just overall not what I’d expect for someone who runs a business. Will be driving the 30 minutes to Waynedale from now. This location has now lost a repetitive customer and someone who used to work for papa John’s and in the service industry who knows how to treat customers kindly. Do better.

Placed an online order and was told an estimated delivery time of 25-30 mins, after an hour I called and they said it was waiting for a driver. Called again after another 45 mins of waiting and they said it was just getting picked up by a driver. waited another 30 mins for it to be delivered and still nothing called back a third time and the general manager said he didnt know where it is at because they deliver with doordash and cannot contact a driver. Waited another 5 mins and ended up just canceling the order
