The worst pizza I ever had on this side bod the Mississippi. Now I know why they are closing 300 stores.
Is not the restaurant is underperform is that management is not doing food quality control. The food quality sucks!
I purchased a double cheese not extra. There’s a big difference. Double has an extra layer of cheese not sprinkler.
I got a semi cold regular Pizza.
I sent it back and looks like they sent me the same one but with New cheese sprinkler over it. For 24.00 including the tip for the driver.
What a sad way to go down!!!
The quality of the food unacceptable. I have 32 yrs. Of culinary experience.
They need to redo everything: new recipe,product, flavors, kids friendly menu, more human touch less technology.

I order an XXL cheese pizza. The pizza was burnt. My wife asked for peppercinis with the order and the employee put her bare hands in the container of peppers right after handling money. The health department needs to do a full audit of this business. A customer will end up getting seriously sick from how they handle food.

I ordered the works and wanted to add jalapeno peppers and they would not do it I even offered to pay for them. They said I can only have seven items on the pizza and I would have to remove one to add to jalapenos. What a crock of crap I will never ever go there!

Ordered thru a call center and it was well over an hour late and was cold. Had to find a different number to call a manager and to find out they was trying to deliver to the wrong street and address will never order from here again what a waste of time and money

Ordered online for delivery and gave this restaurant $40 that’s tip included for a disgusting and old looking pizza and burned wings. When I called to speak with manager (he) explained this is how the food always come prepared and I explained to him that he wasn’t being honest. I and I do mean I will not ever eat from another Papa Johns, we wasted money eating here. The crust, toppings and wings were truly a disgrace. Don’t waste your time with this burnt cardboard they call pizza. I’ve had better pizza from the frozen isle at Walmart. The boneless chicken wings taste like they came out of a microwaved TV dinner. Total waste of $90, would have been better off eating at at a gas station.

This Papa John’s was a huge disappointment. It seemed like they didn’t keep my pizza warm until I arrived for pickup because it was cold. I specifically asked for a lightly sauced pizza, but they didn’t follow my request.
