Visited on a Thursday evening and went inside to order. There was no line and my kiddos needed help figuring out what to pick because they were unfamiliar with the order. The young staff members weren’t SUPER friendly but they were very patient with us and kept reassuring me it’s okay to take my time to order.

We ultimately ordered two kids subs, one turkey and one salami, and a California 8 inch (which was larger than I expected). My children could have used additional help knowing which veggies were options to add in, but were pleased with their subs. I would recommend this place.

Lazy workers! Sat at the drive through for 10 minutes and had to drive up to the window. What were the workers doing other than standing around talking and not making sandwiches.

Went through the drive thru tonight. Young lady who took my order was super rude. She was rushing us. Wait was awful. Staff was literally just talking the entire time, laughing. Young lady was showing the male staff her phone with text messages to someone. It’s seemingly unprofessional.

Good food, lazy workers I ordered today with a combo and they forgot my drink and I opened up my sandwich and it was triple wrapped in paper and the last layer of paper they cut the sandwich through the paper not only that. They didn’t cut it in half they cut about 30 % on one side and 70% on the other. Maybe they were just geeked at work idk but good food

Delivered my food to the wrong place. I accidentally hit one of the numbers wrong which was my fault and I called right away and told them that, but my cell number is the same and I’ve ordered there several times. I called and she knew right away that I typed it in wrong and even said yeah we knew you put the address in wrong but it’s going to the right place. It in fact went to the wrong place I was called by the location that received my item. I called them back and they said well you’re the one that put the address in wrong. I said you’re right but with my number you said it was going to the right place. I then found out by googling the address for the place it was delivered to and it was different from what I typed in. I googled the address I typed in and it doesn’t exist. They just randomly picked an address left it on a desk without talking to any person and left. So it was both parties fault but the manager continued to say it was my fault then started yelling so loud on the phone at me all the other employees at my work could hear from the phone. I hung up. I will never buy anything from here again. I’ve never been treated so horrible. What happened to good customer service. Ended up going to Firehouse subs and let me tell you way better then this place, more good, less money, great customer service. My advice is go there instead

Love JJs. The Niles has never lived up to the service standard of a typical location since its opening. Today, beyond pitiful service. I finally gave up waiting to get to the drive through window. 5 to eight minutes a car with single bag orders. If it wasn’t that I like Jj as much as I do, I wouldn’t go there at all. Take down your freaky fast signage.

Decided a few months ago we wouldn’t ever pay for delivery again bc two cold hard bread lunchmeat sandwiches shouldn’t cost $30. But, in a pinch tonight, thought we would try again – but take out this time. Ordered online and it wasn’t ready when we got there. Finally got our bag and when we got home we realized part of the order failed to make it into the bag. What the hell??
