Picked up my online order and didn’t realize what they gave me until I got home. The “5 cheesy dip” was nothing but a blob of burnt cheese!! They also gave me the wrong dipping bread with it and they gave me a lot of the bread as to make up for the burnt cheese dip, i guess. I also ordered brownies and those were burnt as well! I wish I’d look at my order before leaving that lot. Will never order from this location again. Save your money & go somewhere else !

I placed an order at 2:00 PM for a scheduled pickup at 7:30 PM. I arrived on time, and my order still wasn’t ready. This wasn’t a small inconvenience—this delay derailed my schedule for the rest of the evening. If the store was running behind, I should’ve been notified so I could adjust. Scheduling ahead is the whole point, and this experience wasted my time and threw off my plans. Very disappointed

I always come to this location and get good service. But today I was sitting waiting for 30 min just to get my order I place online and it said that it was ready at that some time pull up and there where no other costumer there the staff was rude not realizing the window is open

I watched a dominoes employee drop two boxes of pizza on the sidewalk of megaplay. Whatever disagreement over the order that transpired in no way makes it justifiable to drop someone’s food that they paid for on the ground. Truly shows a lack of emotional control and I get it you’re a young guy, probably irritated, but you’d definitely be pissed if someone put your foot on the ground in that manner. You want the job, you want the paycheck that comes with it, deal with the frustrations of the position or quit.

This is from 2019 I just came across it from my FB memories..I will never forget this order you ACTUALLY sent out. Then we couldn’t even get a full refund we had to pay for the delivery fee again. We haven’t ordered from this location since. I will never forget!!!

I officially moved to Spring Lake this evening. My group of friends and I were all exhausted after loading tons of heavy boxes and furniture into the U-Haul and driving over an hour from Durham, NC. We generated an appetite during the trip, and decided to fill our bellies with pizza! For under $20, we indulged in three delicious medium pizzas: Double pepperoni, Pepperoni & bacon and Double cheese. We were refueled and ready to unload the truck!
