Unfortunately, it’s Not much longer till Bruegger’s goes under completely. Put order in app both items were wrong! Bagels smalller than Dunkin donut same as Wallingford Bruegger’s…. Left bagel from years ago middle is Now! Last one is called false advertising.
I love when the owners reply Sorry blah blah but then do NOTHING to resolve the issues.
So SAD to see how FAR this Bagel chain has FALLEN. $6 for a bagel the size of coffee lid!
Sadly Time to find another bagel place!

I visited Bruegger’s bagels today during a break in between daycare tours with my newborn. I had planned to get the smoked salmon sandwich, but at the last moment opted for the smokehouse brisket and egg sandwich, and it did not disappoint! I can’t believe how delicious it truly was! I had mine on a garlic bagel and I got extra of the jalapeño cream cheese. I don’t go to Bruegger’s bagels that often but I really hope they keep the sandwich on the menu because I would definitely order it again – I would love to try it on their various other bagels. I had great conversation with the staff, and the service was amazing! The only disappointment was the fact that they do not have a baby changing station in either of the bathrooms. It’s odd in this day and age for an establishment not to have a changing station for babies. That could be a huge deterrent for families.

Terrible customer service!!!
I visited the store 12/30/25 around 10am to get two dozens of bagels and four tubs of cream cheese. I was standing to look at what kind of bagels they have (some baskets were empty by the way) and I wanted to tell someone what I wanted. For some reason, the young female cashier insisted that I had to come to the cashier and ordered there. I told her I needed to see what they had and I would tell her what I wanted as usual. However she told me I couldn’t do that. So I went about 5 ft from the cashier and wanted to see what they had and started telling her what I wanted. She then stopped talking to me and she called a female shift manager. The shift manager told me it’s a corporation policy for customers to order bagels to a cashier in front of her even though I couldn’t see about 1/2 of what they had. Is this real? I was going to order just bagels, not any special jewelry. I never had any issues like this and I just walked out. I then went to Lox Stock & Bagels in West Hartford and was treated like a normal customer with great smile from an employee there and got wonderful bagels. Would never visit this store with this type of customer service. If this is indeed the corporation policy, I think they need to review it.

Game Changer
So initially I came here to pick up a doordash order and was very disappointed with the service as I observe a worker being when I perceived as A person having a bad day and while I get. We all have bad days. Where people spend their money. I don’t agree that you should have an attitude and treat. People who come in there to spend their money anyway so I’m assuming you can only do one review.This is my second time going to this place.But together this review I had to erase my first review.And so with that being said, I must say soon as I finish consuming my breakfast sandwich which was rushed out of the oven, which is why soon I was on the toilet within 10 minutes of me finishing my fool wasn’t ready once I got there. I was asked to swap out bagels because my bagel was still in the oven. I said I will wait the extra time only to wait more than the extra time. And to only bring this food home after I wanted it. So bad to go to the toilet within 10 minutes of me eating this entire sandwich. I will never eat here again. I don’t like the service. I’m a paying customer. I worked too hard to put food literally down the toilet literally.
